Nestled in a forest of huge trees on a large corner lot, you have privacy and quiet yet you are in the middle of everything Del Mar has to offer...and always have parking for up to three cars! Located just two blocks down the street (South)from the LeBerge Resort...a five minute walk to Banana Republic and Starbucks.
Listen to ocean waves while sitting on one of the two decks, see the ocean through the trees, watch the world go by from the adirondack chairs under the huge pine tree on the front lawn, barbecue on the back deck, read the morning paper from the deck off the master bedroom. Play pool, watch tv, walk/run on the nearby cliffs, enjoy books/videos from the house library, watch the sunsets over the ocean from anywhere on the property.
The backyard is fenced and perfect for one pup. Nice for children, too. The cottage has hardwood floors throughout and a gas fireplace. Antique four poster beds are combined with bunks and a twin for comfort and ambience. An outside shower is perfect after the beach. It is a cozy family home just waiting to let you relax and enjoy life in the slow lane.
