Playa Royale Residence building! Beachfront! 6th Floor corner unit, 3100 sq. feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 King size beds, one in the Master Bedroom, one in the 2nd bedroom, 2 Queen size beds in the 3rd bedroom. Also a pull out coach (sleeps 8).
Incredible views! 5 sliding glass doors opening onto huge wrap-around deck. State of the art grill on the balcony. The balcony offers 4 lounge chairs and a table with 6 chairs if you enjoy eating outside.
We also have a great HOT TUB on the balcony for romantic evenings. We also have a fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
It's very quiet and peaceful at the condo with a white sandy beach that goes on for miles. This building only has 44 units.
If you have not been to Playa Royale in Nuevo Vallarta it is a safe, super clean, and well maintained exclusive gated resort within one of the most beautiful uncongested areas of Puerto Vallarta. Escape the traffic jams and density of downtown Puerto Vallarta and enjoy over 30 miles of walkable, swimmable, sailable, beach along the Bay of Banderas in Nuevo Vallarta.
There is a shopping center with a full grocery store, deli, pharmacy at your disposal. The shopping mall boasts over a dozen eating venues and restaurants, McDonalds, Domino's Pizza, sit down restaurants for Mexican, Japanese (sushi), Italian, Brazilian, Continental, and seafood cuisine. Downtown Puerto Vallarta can be reached by car (20 minutes), water taxi (15 minutes), local bus (30 minutes), or taxi ($15 each way).

The condo is fully-equipped with all kitchen amenities, TVs, vcr DVDs, and satellite televisions throughout. The terrace provides comfortable furniture to sit and relax and enjoy the water and mountain views from your high vantage point. There is wireless internet access in the room..

For a one time small fee of US $75 per family/group ($75 fee for duration of your stay for family of up to five members) you can each enjoy access to the bountiful activities within the resort. One of our trained courteous bi-lingual customer service assistants will assist you with information about purchasing the social membership pass to gain access to the beach club, and sports center and restaurants in the Resort's and many facilities and amenities in the country club..
There are two world class spas with wet areas (treatments are extra, of course) and state of the art fitness center with dozens of Lifecycle machines, weights, etc. and free aerobics, spinning, Pilates (Reformer machines), yoga and other classes, as well as men's and women's locker rooms, with towel, robe and slipper service, saunas, jacuzzi’s, steam rooms, etc. El Tigre is a championship 18 hole golf course that will challenge the best person.
The water-sports activity center at the Paradise Village™ hotel is also available to guests for jet-ski, boogie board rentals, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Marina is a short walk from the beachfront condominiums and has fishing charters, sightseeing trips, and other water adventures to be planned.
There is also recreation on the beach at Paradise Village ™ available to you. Go banana boating, parasailing, or swim with the dolphins. There is a water taxi that you can take to downtown Puerto Vallarta.
This is an incredible, beautiful, and luxurious place. Very warm and welcoming. You won't want to leave!
There is a courtesy shuttle bus that will also take you to all of the different properties owned by Paradise Village ™. There is also a trolley car that will take you to neighboring restaurants and sites in the area free until 10 pm.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
At the new $14 million dollar fitness center, restaurant, and sports center - located on the gated golf course grounds - in addition to an adult Olympic-size pool, there is a separate kids club play area and large kids sized pool with fountains, slides and other water activities with the depth only 16 inches to allow kids of all ages to enjoy. The kids' locker rooms have child size toilets, showers, changing tables, etc. to make them feel right at home.

A great surfing community with beautiful white sand beaches. This community also offers great shops and restaurants
This is the home to a great dinner show and dinner called Rythem of the nights.
Great place to eat and they even have water falls. Take a tour or venture out on your own
Fully equiped 3 bedroom condo right on the ocean.
About a 10 min ride in Nuevo to the Wal-Mart. Great shopping and also in the lot is a great shrimp restaurant. So go eat and than shop so you can relax.
Great SHopping Mall. They also have a large grocery store with many great items available. It is a one stop shop. The mall has several quaimt shops. You can have you car washed outside while you shop and there is also a cinema.
If you want to pick up something quick you can use the local plaza but as with anything else you pay a little more for convience.
This is a great off the path Mexican Restaurant. If you like authentic food and are adventureous the food is great. The menu is in Spanish and English and there usually is one waitress/waiter that speaks English but it is worth the language barrier.
Staying for a long period of time than shop at the great Costco just off Highway 200 towards Puerto Vallarta.
This great sports bar is located right accross the street from this wonderful great gated community.
This is a great restaurant within walking distance of the condo. They offer good food for everyone not just fajitas but also seafood and steaks.
