High atop the Blue Ridge Mountains on Sugar Mountain sits The Reserve at Sugar Mountain, a magnificent new community, which affords spectacular views of Grandfather Mountain, Linville Ridge, Grandmother Mountain, the Linville valley, the Eastern Tennessee range, and Southern Virginia range. You are invited to visit our beautifully decorated condominium with a wonderful view from its deck. On a clear day you can easily see several or more ranges of mountains in Tennessee and sometimes in Virginia.
The main living area features a soaring stacked stone fireplace w/remote controlled gas logs and is framed by the clear long-range views only afforded to properties above 5000 feet in altitude. You will find TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo is air conditioned, but you will likely not need it! There is ski access from two areas of the complex. The great room has deck access.
The master bedroom has a king bed and deck access, the guest room has a king bed and a large bay window, and there are double and twin beds in the loft, so you can sleep seven. The master suite features a full-sized whirlpool tub and separate, tile-enclosed shower area. The other bedroom and the loft each have adjoining full baths.
Other amenities include a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size washer/dryer, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, and ceiling fans in the two bedrooms and the loft.
You can view the beautiful sunsets from the large deck. The town of Banner Elk is only two miles up North Carolina #184 from the bottom of Sugar Mountain. This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the mountains.
