Formosa Gardens is located about 3 miles from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Sea World and an hour from

This 4,000 sq feet property has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, featuring 2 King master suites, 2 Queen masters, 2 twin rooms and one featuring bunk beds, a games room, and an oversized pool and spa which overlooks the lake.
The home enjoys wireless internet access as well, which is offered free of charge and an upgraded cable package, which includes HBO.
The living area boasts a 50 inch large screen TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo system.
There is a separate dining area and ample seating for the entire family.
In the garage, you will find the games room, which has a pool table, foosball and air hockey and also has cable TV.
Every room in this house has TV as well, and all the bedrooms have additional VCR players.
The patio doors in the main living area lead out to an oversized pool deck where the obvious feature is the large pool and spa.
The view from the pool deck is impressive, as it looks over the lake from which the home gets its name.
This is a tranquil location in which to vacation, but with all the comforts and amenities that The Emerald offers, it is easy to understand why this home is so popular with our clients.
