Jewel of the Lake is a 7 bedroom / 6 bath home located in the exclusive gated community of Formosa Gardens an upscale community, considered to be quite unique in that the homes are often individually designed and extremely well maintained.
Formosa Gardens is located about 3 miles from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Sea World and an hour from
Kennedy Space Center and enjoys a prime location in the heart of Kissimmee's attractions.
This 4,000 sq feet property has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, featuring 4 lavishly furnished King size master suites, 1 bunk bed room, and 2 full bedrooms. The 'Jewel' also boasts, a games room, and an oversized pool and spa which overlooks the lake.
The home enjoys wireless internet access as well, which is offered free of charge and an upgraded cable package, which includes HBO.
The living area boasts a 50 inch large screen TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo system.
There is a separate dining area and ample seating for the entire family.
In the garage, you will find the games room, which has a pool table, foosball and air hockey and also cable TV.
Every room in this house has cable TV too, and all the bedrooms have additional VCR players.
The patio doors in the main living area lead out to an oversized pool deck where the obvious feature is the large pool and spa.
The view from the pool deck is impressive, as it looks over the lake from which the home gets its name.
