Tangerine Dream - Your search is over! This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath Destin vacation rental is truly one of the best rental homes on the gulf coast! Located in Avalon Beach Estates (right across the street from the emerald green gulf of mexico) this home is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for luxury, you've found it!
This home was built with mulitple families in mind. There are two master suites on the second floor both with spectacular decor and furnishings. These both of course have upscale, oversized private bathrooms. One of these suites is on the north side of the home the other is on the south side with a balcony overlooking the gulf of mexico.
The 2nd level is also where you find the kitchen and common areas, All of which have gulf views! The dining room seats 8 - 10 and is just off the top of the line kitchen located on the west end of the home. There is also a spacious living room with large flat screen tv and a gulf view balcony.
The ground level has three more bedrooms - each with their own bath. There is a third king suite, a queen suite and a bunk room for the kids. These three rooms get gulf views and pool views (the best views are had from the 2nd floor of course) Each ground level bedroom has a door leading tot the private pool deck (there is a pool alarm on each of these doors to protect the little ones) In addition to these bedrooms there is a full laundry room and a bonus game room with a poker table and an additional living room (great for the kids!)
In addition to all of the private amenities this home has to offer there is also a community pool and community tennis courts, open year round! Avalon Estates has private deeded beach access.

I stayed here with my parents and there friends they have been here two years in a row and just love this place. Nice size pool in your own yard .
