I am writing this on my last afternoon here in this amazing penthouse condo. My family and I arrived May 15 and will sadly be leaving May 22. The condo is very spacious and clean as well as quite. There are 6 adults staying here and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths everyone has plenty of room. The balcony offers incredible views as far as the eye can see. The morning and late afternoon offer the best times to see aquatic life. We have seen many dolphins, sea turtles, and a huge school of rays ( 75 or so) swimming by the condo. The emerald color of the shallow water drops to a deep blue about 300 or 400 yards out. There is a pier about a half mile east of the condo and for a dollar per person you can walk out some 1500 feet or so. Just up the road there are jet ski rentals and boat rentals. The great thing about this quiet area is you are in between the crowded beaches of Pensacola and Destin. If you want to go to either Pensacola or Destin you only have maybe a 30 minute drive to either one. Thanks for reading this review. I highly recommend this fantastic condo.

Awesome ocean view. Really impressed with the way the pool and hot tubs are maintained. My family and I truly did love this place...Spring break was a pleasure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great view and great space.

The condo was accurately described...extremely roomy, well-equipped, clean, handy for the beach/pool, etc. The manager on property was friendly and helpful, too, with suggestions for shopping and eating. The atmosphere is quite family-friendly...no loud parties or dangerous areas. We absolutely loved out stay!

Beautiful Penthouse!! Our family stayed the week of May 10th through the 17th and had our best vacation ever! Complex is immaculate. Penthouse was so spacious. Beaches are beautiful and clean. Island is quiet and relaxing. Juana's Pagoda and Sailors Grill are great places to eat/drink and sit out on the back deck and watch volleyball games and the magnificent sunset over the sound. Penthouse is within walking distance. Wonderful and safe biking/walking track runs the length of the island. Walk down to the parking lot next to Cocodrie's Restaurant and rent bikes or do as we did, rent the double bike -so much fun!!! Tour the entire island. We drove to Pensacola (very short drive) and highly recommend McGuire's Irish Pub! Great beer! Fort Walton is a short distance, as well as Destin. Winn Dixie and Walmart are 5 minutes away. We will be back next year!!!!!!
