The very first time we left Ft. Walton and crossed the Destin Bridge we knew we'd found something very special. We've been vacationing here since 1974 and bought our first unit in 1993. Holiday Isle is really special, off the beaten path but so close to everything you need while visiting the area.

We recently spent a week at the Magnolia House. The view from the condo is great and we loved the fact that it was not a high rise. One of the main reasons we chose this one! The condo was in great shape when we arrived, nice and clean. The size was good for the two of us. It's location is also great, close to entertainment and any restaurant you could want to visit. The kitchen was supplied nicely with plates, cups, mugs, etc., but if you plan on doing much cooking, be sure to bring all staple ingredients. Overall, we loved our stay at the Magnolia House and will definitely be returning in the future.

This was our third time to stay in your beautiful condo. There is plenty of room for the two of us and the view is fantastic! The unit was very clean upon our arrival. We love the Magnolia House in Destin Pointe. We had great weather and lots of good food during our ten day stay. I hope we can return again next year!

We spent 5 nights in this condo in August and were there on our honeymoon. The view is great. Everything is very accessible and the beach just a shuttle or short walk away. We were very pleased with our choice of staying in this unit and I can assure you that we will definitely revisit. Maybe it can be a annual trip for us.

We enjoyed this condo very much. The view is spectacular! We had everything we needed and lots of room. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the Lanai was a bonus. Destin Pointe is family friendly and very quiet. The restaurants are excellent and grocery shopping is only a mile away. We hope to return.

Hi John, We had a great week in Destin. Your condo was very nice and we enjoyed the amazing view. The weather was very warm in the upper 80's to low 90's every day. Spent a lot of time in the pool cooling off. We did want to let you know that when we got there the latch on the patio door was broke, cannot be locked. Also one of the dining chairs has quite a crack in the back. All in all everything was great and we hope to return soon! Best regards, Linda

My friends and I stayed at this lovely condo for our friends bachelorette trip. The condo was perfect! It was spacious and so clean! If we make a return trip, I would DEFINATELY stay here again!
