We had a great stay this year in November. As this was our first time renting a vacation condo, we were a bit nervous about the whole process, but Chris was very helpful throughout the process and made the experience a very relaxed one. The location is half a block from the beach (you can hear the ocean at night) & walking distance to everything in town. The condo itself has be beautifully decorated and furnished. We will definitely be returning.

The condo is in a great location. Great view, quiet, and comfortable. I would say the only down fall was the pool. The pool is part of a hotel that is not kept up but who needs a pool when you have the ocean one block away. Thank you

We are all looking forward to the improvements that are scheduled to the complex, including more foliage, nicer lawn furniture, and a better pool area.

A Magical Place to Stay in PTO

The pictures of of this condo ALMOST do it justice, but to be honest, you just have to be there to fully appreciate the time and care the owner has put into this beautiful apartment. Having a front room/kitchen fully open to the elements thanks to the full-length sliding glass door on the porch really makes this place magical; you almost feel like you're living both outdoors and in a swanky apartment at the same time. And by "swanky" I mean: tastefully decorated, and with a nod to a Mexican interior decorating style, with modern touches mostly in furniture and bathroom appliances. Nothing felt IKEA-cheap, in other words. We felt right at home, honestly. TV, stereo, and even a phone to call the States kept us connected to the "real" world, and while the wi-fi was a little bit persnickety at times, it wasn't a problem. Less than a minute walk from the beach and a sand-front cocktail, less than a five minute walk from a decent small grocery, right around the corner from above-average coffee shops, a chocolate store that stays open late, and less than 20 minutes from anything else you'd want in downtown PTO. It was important for me to be able to cook, and the newly remodeled kitchen did not disappoint. The oven is a little tricky to use (and didn't seem to get that hot, actually), but there is a great little countertop convection oven I used in tandem and had no complaints. I recommend finding the legit fruit/meat markets nearby and spending a night trying to cook something traditionally Mexican, but if that isn't your thing on a vacation, you certainly won't find a lack of food nearby the condo, and if you tire of tortillas, one of the best Indian food restaurants we've been to is just around the block. The owner was incredibly accommodating, very helpful, and quick to reply via email for any of our small needs. All the staff we met in checking in were great in every way. Not only would I recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in PTO, my girlfriend (who became my fiancee on the porch balcony of this condo!) and I actually dreamed of trying to buy this property for ourselves. But until then...happy vacationing!

Honeymooners Best Vacation Ever

We certainly enjoyed out stay at Casa Naomi. The owner's attention to detail both in design and providing the 'comforts of home' did not go unnoticed. From the beautiful lilies that stayed in bloom the entire week to the yummy champagne, Chris' consideration and generosity were very much appreciated. Pictures and words cannot justifiably describe how lovely the condo is nor can they speak to its location. There are probably 100 restaurants and shops within a one mile radius. It was no problem finding authentic cuisine and gifts that would otherwise had been an impossible task had we stayed in a tourist trap like the Hotel Zone. And Ricardo's (who provided the keys) assistance with activity planning and professional demeanor were an added bonus, especially for folks who are new to PV and speak very little Spanish. We hope to return on our first anniversary and will recommend to friends and family in the meantime. Chris - thank you for providing such great accommodations, it truly made our vacation! Fantastic Vacation

This was by far one of the best vacations ever and Casa Naomi was spectacular. The condo was beautiful with all of the modern conveniences one would expect in a luxury resort. The new kitchen should be on the Home and Garden TV channel! You could seen the ocean from the terrace, and the sounds of the waves greeted you every morning and put you to sleep at night. Casa Naomi is well situated near downtown and was walking distance to everything you need. The listing on VRBO was accurate and the pictures do not even do it justice. The owner was incredibly responsive, helpful and easy to work with. We would give Casa Naomi our highest recommendation and we hope to return soon. We would strongly recommend to our friends and family. Thank you so much for a simply wonderful time in paradise.

A Wonderful Experience

I had the pleasure of stayng at Casa Naomi the last week of January and the first week of February. It was a great place to stay and the owner was very helpful in answering all of the questions which I had. The condo is very well equipped for cooking and was very clean. The condo looks exactly like the pictures on the website, so there will be NO surprises. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The views from the condo are fantastic and a great place to watch people going up and down the street. The availability of a washer and dryer meant you could take fewer clothes with you. I would certainly recommend Casa Naomi to anyone. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

It's All True!

The location, style, amenities, view... This place is fabulous. There is plenty of space for two, especially with those patio doors wide open. Cooking at home is a great alternative if you choose. You can travel light with the w&d on site. This is such a wonderful option compared to a hotel room. Absolute comfort! One thing: I am surprised nobody has mentioned the stairs. You need to be fairly able-bodied to traverse in and out of the condo. If you are able - it is worth every step.

Absolute Heaven

My partner and I spent a week at Casa Naomi in June of 2010 and had the most relaxing and carefree vacation in years. The condo is a dream come true! From the amazing views to the open-air living space, we truly felt like we were in paradise. I fell asleep nightly while sitting out on the terrace, listening to the waves crash along the beach only a block away and the soothing sounds of the neighborhood. The owner of the condo was extremely nice and helpful to work with, making our trip to/from the airport and breeze and even setting us up on a canopy tour in the rain forest. Spectacular! Everyone in the building was super friendly as are the locals. The food can't be beat and it's nice to know you can do a little grocery shopping when you arrive and choose to stay-in and cook in the newly remodeled kitchen which is nicer than ours at home! We can't wait to get back to PV when our schedule allows and we will definitely be staying at Casa Naomi again. We've recommended it to several of our friends and they haven't been disappointed. Thanks for a wonderful trip!!!

Casa Naomi is a big reason I continue to return to Vallarta! It beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home. The open air living, dinning and kitchen where you feel the breeze and smell and view the ocean will make you never want to leave. I have spent a total of 5 weeks over the past year and am already making plans for next year. It convenient to the beach and restaurants or you can stay in and prepare your own meal. This was a little slice of heaven..the views from the terrace are so amazing you never have to leave the property! The sliding glass patio doors truly give the entire condo the feeling of being outside all the time. It was fantastic for getting the sea breezes in the condo every night. And the fact that the property boasts unobstructed sunset views each night truly make the stay unforgettable. Beautifully maintained and just steps to the heart of Zona Romantica, with great shopping, dining and new friends to make. Check-in was so simple. The property manager arrived at the same time we did, giving us a quick tour and keys to our place for the week. We also ran into him at several different times during the week, which was fun and reassuring. In short, I cannot wait to return...It's just a matter of finding time in my schedule!
