This beautiful two bedroom and two full bath condo is situated right on the lake. You will not believe the lake views and spectacular sunsets. This is a great place for kids.......heated pool, beach and walk to all activities on the Strip.......why stay anywhere else?

The condo is a top floor, corner unit that allows for cool lake breezes and breath taking views from every room.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (with brand new plush pillow top mattress), dresser, walk in closet and its own private master bath complete with double sink vanity. Sliding doors lead you from the bedroom to the 24’ deck overlooking the lake. Have your morning coffee on your own private deck.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with new pillow top mattresses, a spacious closet and its own private bath. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. The unit has a six person limit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dish washer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster etc. All dinnerware and flatware are provided as well as necessary cookware. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The living room overlooks the lake and has brand new leather furniture (sleeper sofa, love seat, club chair and ottoman) TV, digital cable, surround sound, DVD/CD player, XM Radio and hook up for IPod. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the lake front deck.
Livingroom, master bedroom, master bath and second bedroom all have ceiling fans.
All blankets, linens, sheets, bath and dish towels, basic cleaning supplies are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
A heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by multi level decks overlooking the lake. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with summer perennials and tall grasses blowing in the warm lake breezes.
Relax and enjoy the sun, read a book, take a swim in the lake, play on the beach or take a dip in the pool. Relax in the hot tub while taking in one of Lake Erie’s magnificent, awe-inspiring sunsets. Lounge chairs and tables w/sun umbrellas ensure your comfort as you relax on the lake side decks or gazebo.
One of the many highlights of this condo is its private, quiet, family oriented and peaceful setting. However, when you are looking for some action “The Strip” is only a very short walk away.
There is much to do at this nostalgic resort destination such as arcades, restaurants, live entertainment, miniature golf, go carts, batting cages, bumper boats, climbing wall, ice cream parlor, water slide and more. After you’ve had your fill of fun, food and entertainment head back to your condo to finish your evening in your quiet lake front oasis, away from all the hustle and bustle.
Brand new this year (2009)is a fabulous paved biking and walking trail that starts just about 500 yards from our condo. The trails traverses along the lake, through the marina, over to the state park beach and along the lake to the end of the park. It is very scenic and beautiful. I estimate it to be about 5 miles long round trip. It is completely flat and very family freindly. You can bring your own bikes or rent them on the Strip.
Lake Erie (Geneva in particular) is famous for its world class walleye and perch fishing. The Geneva State Park Marina is one mile to the West and has top notch boating services including overnight dockage, trailer storage, six lane launching ramp, marina store and concession and fish cleaning service. The rates to dock your boat are approximately $1 per foot per night or about $24 a night for a 24ft boat. This includes a spot to park your trailer. I can help you make the arrangements for overnight dockage at the marina. This is a great spot for boaters and fisherman.
No boat - No Problem. The marina boasts some of the best walleye and perch charter captains on Lake Erie.
Take in a round of golf at one of the many public courses in the area. Visitors also enjoy the many antique shops located near by and the surrounding area.
Ohio has a long history of wine making. Many of these quaint little wineries dot the area. Spend the day visiting these special places tasting local wines and enjoying the wonderful cuisine. Many feature special wine and cheese tasting menus.
