Our cozy & clean 3 bedroom condo is located on Ocean Avenue in the Historic District and the Heart of beautiful, fun, and family-oriented Ocean City, New Jersey. Great for a family of 5 or 6.
This is a wonderful location with 2 off street parking spaces so there will be no looking for a place to park or pricey parking lot fees. Located across the street is a beautiful park, the famous Ocean City Tabernacle with its world-renowned speakers and events, and new tennis courts. Our home is conveniently located on Ocean Avenue and 6th Street--just a short 1 1/2 blocks or approx. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and exciting Boardwalk with Wonderland Amusement Pier right at the start of the Boardwalk's fun attractions. The Boardwalk is also home to Cast Away Cove Amusement Pier, Gillian's Island Water Park, arcades, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf courses, movie theaters, etc. Enjoy plays, comedy and music events at The Ocean City Music Pier (check Ocean City Music Pier online for listings),also located on the Boardwalk. Tickle your taste buds with some ice cream or gelato, water ice, fudge, Ocean City's famous Johnson's popcorn, and much more. In the morning, enjoy a family surrey ride or bike ride and have breakfast on the boards. Later, fly a kite, build castles on the beach or just take a walk by the water.
There is also fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, a fun pirate ship excursion great for the whole family, and whale/dolphin watching just to mention a few.
Ocean City is a family-oriented, dry city, however, it is located only a few minutes drive to Atlantic City, New Jersey with its outlet shopping, casinos, concerts and shows, The Ripley's Believe or Not Museum, and Hard Rock Cafe. The beautiful, historic Cape May, New Jersey is only about 30 minutes away with its house tours, horse and carriage guided tours, the beautiful and free (donations appreciated) Cape May County Zoo and Park, and many other attractions nearby.
Our cozy summer condo may be rented for long weekends or a full week to fit around your busy schedule, or if you just want to get away for a few days! Long weekend schedule is check-in Sunday 2 PM check-out Thursday 10 AM, and check-in Thursday 2 PM check-out Sunday 10 AM. Full week check-in Sunday or Thursday 2 PM and check-out 10 AM. Sunday and Thursday check-in times also helps avoid the crazy traffic due to Saturday check-ins all over the city.
We also offer a great and very popular deal we call the 'Neat Freak Special'. You clean it and leave it the way you found it and save! Bed linens can be provided upon request for a small fee.
If you are in town for a special event and need extra rooms, we work with a close by B&B to accommodate your needs. Just let us know.
We also strive to supply dish soap and dish washing liquid, hand soap, cleaning supplies, kitchen towel, starter paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We want to make your trip as comfortable as possible.

we had a great time here. the property is very modern and clean. the owner barb was wonderful and very pleasant and helpful. you can comfortably sleep 6. the property is located midway between the boardwalk and downtown so it is very convenient to everything. we would gladly stay here again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

I spent a few days in Ocean City, NJ at this apartment and I want to start saying that the owner of the property is fantastic. The apartment is nice, clean and it was perfect for myself, my husband, my 4 yr old son and our pet Romeo. The location was perfect, we didn't need to use our car at all. Close to the beach (block 1/2), close to restaurants, there is a park across the street (very convenient for my dog) and close to the amusement parks which my son love the most. The beach was beautiful, water was the best so far in all my trips to the jersey shore. The apartment has everyhting you need and more, it was the perefect size for us. There was a restaurant on the boradwalk that we like the most, Ocean Cafe, good service and food. Also there is a supermarket about four blocks from the apartment. We are looking forward to come back to Ocean City next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children.

I cannot say enough great things about this condo!! My family and I rented here last summer and we will be renting again this summer. Not only are the owners super friendly, but the place was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent! It is just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and amusements, which is a definite plus considering we have young children. It's always hard to choose a place when you can only see photos of the property online...but, let me tell you, the photos do not give this place enough justice! This condo is just perfect! Like I said, I cannot say enough great things about it! We plan on renting this property for many years to come!! Totally recommend it for families with young children!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just returned from a week at "The Shore". Ocean City is a perfect vacation spot for those with kids. We travelled with our 16 year old daughter who also brought a friend. I was comfortable with them doing their own thing on the beach and boardwalk during the day and in the eve. They really had a great time, and anyone with teenagers knows how they can get "bored" very easily..there was always something for them to do! We were so happy with our condo. Perfect location, it really is just right down the street from the beach, easy walk. We also rode our bikes everyday, and you can ride on the Boardwalk till 12! The beach is busy..if you are looking for a quieter area...just go to the North or South end of the Boardwalk where there is less congestion. The condo is very clean, updated, and comfortably furnished. Bedrooms are small, but nice. Kitchen is large and living room just right. There is a nice covered patio in the front with wicker furniture and bistro set which we used often. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend :). PS don't pass up the polar water ice, fudge, caramel corn from johnson's, and the BEST pizza from BIG SLICE...just bring your appetite!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.
