The waterview second story porch is a great place for morning coffee. You can see incredible sun rises and sunsets reflecting off the water from your cottage.
Within 30 minutes drive, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casinos, outlet shopping. Many fine art galleries, Florence Griswold Museum and antique shops located in Old Lyme. Essex Steam Train, casual & fine dining close by.

Wonderful property in quiet beach neighborhood. Great beach property. The place is was recently renovated and has many great features. I won't stay anywhere else in Old Lyme.

If you like the CT beaches, this is the best spot. Walk to Hartford Ave, but far enough away to not be in the middle of it. House is immaculate and newly renovated. Everything is top of the line. Literally steps to the beach. Great neighbors. Great owners.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
