Hello! We are Wade & Kathy Shafer from Bozeman, MT. If you choose to stay at our home we welcome you with open arms... but whether or not you stay at our home, we encourage you to come to Detroit Lakes. It truly is one of the most enjoyable vacation spots you will ever find.
Why the Owner Chose Detroit Lakes
We spend much of our time in MT due to our jobs... but grew up in and love MN. (MT is certainly a wonderful place… it's just not home.) To maintain ties to MN we recently purchased this home, where we plan on eventually retiring. Since we only periodically spend time at the home, we decided to open it to guest while we are in MT.
