This typical Parisian accommodation of 681 square feet ( 64 m2 ) with its private terrace 37 square feet ( 3 m2) is located on Porte Saint Martin at the border between the 3rd and 10th arrondissement.

This vacation rental will charm you with its parquet floors. Very well equipped, the apartment includes 2 flat screen TVs with cable and 2 DVD-players, music equipment, internet, Wi-Fi access, and a completely equipped kitchen for you not to miss anything during your stay in Paris.

Ideal for 2 people, it can accommodate up to 4 people. In the accommodation, there is a room with a double bed of 190 x 140 cm, and 1 double sofa-bed (200 x 170 cm) in the living room. The area is very quiet and safe.

Our manager will greet you on your arrival; he will familiarize you with the appliances, which include clothes washer and dryer, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Large TV, with digital satellite hook-up, thus allowing reception of CNN, BBC, CNBC.

Linens, towels, iron, hairdryer are provided.

The proximity of the place de la République (300m) permits the access of 5 metro lines (L3, L5, L8, L9, L11) as well as bus lines for you to travel directly to the most famous monuments and places of interest of Paris (Père Lachaise, the seine river, Champs Elysées, Bastille, Grands Magazines, Nation...). Walking, you can easily reach the canal Saint Martin or the trendy Marais district in a couple of minutes. Moreover, you will find all the services and shops necessary in the market 'Saint Martin' with all sorts of fresh products in short a walking distance (100 m) from the accommodation. You will also be able to profit from a number of restaurants, bars and other places to go out in this lively district where the nightlife can be adapted to every one's taste
Frome gare du nord the apartement is 8-12 minutes by tube: direction Porte d'orléans line 4 and 3rd stop Strasbourg Saint Denis.

  • bonjour guilhem we just wanted to say thank you sooooo much for the stay in paris. the apartment was amazing and definitely made us feel like local residents. we miss it already and can't wait to return. we so much loved sitting out on the balcony at night, and what beautiful nights we had... thank you again and again....
