Nevaeh is a three bedroom cottage that will comfortably sleep at least 8. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one large loft bedroom upstairs, with view of the lake. One of the bedrooms downstairs has a queen bottom with a single top bunk; the other bedroom has a double futon with a single bunk on top as well. There is a shared dining and kitchen area that is part of the Great room. The cottage has an inside toilet, but no inside shower, there is an outside shower available for use. The cottage has a wrap around porch; with a screened “eat in” porch. The cabin has hardwood floors, electric stove, refrigerator, outside or inside grill and a food pantry. The railings on the interior and exterior are custom made out of trees from the woods on the island, giving it a special rustic mood. The cottage is completely furnished in a rustic camp theme and has all necessary supplies for a comfortable stay. There is a ceiling fan in every room and many windows, making very open and appealing. In addition to the eat in area there is a picnic table and horseshoes also available for use. The rental of the cottage will include the use of a paddle boat, slot for parking a boat, canoe and of course the use of the lovely sandy beach. Tickets for garbage removal for the recycling plant will be provided and you will be expected to remove your own trash. The expectation will be that the cabin will be left in the way you found it, with all linens and towels laundered and all rooms presentable for the next occupants.
The new cottage “Nevaeh” will is available to rent for a cost of $1100.00 per week with $200.00 security deposit (July 1st - Sept 1st) $800.00 per week June 1st - June 30th and September 6th - October. The cottage will also be available for rent on a day to day basis for the amount of $160.00 per night. Two consecutive week rentals $1000.00 per week. Check in and check out at 1:00 PM or as agreed upon prior to rental. The cottage does not come with the use of a power boat but you can rent boats from Meredith Marina or Shep Brown’s Boat Basin. We just got home from this amazing rental and, as avid VRBO users, this was by far the best rental we have ever taken! Comfortable cottage, gorgeous views, perfect sandy beach with clear water. The owners are the loveliest people, made us feel very welcome and accommodations were excellent. We wanted for NOTHING.The views are worth a million bucks...make your reservations today...you will NOT regret it!! Comfy bedrooms, very secluded location and unbelievably friendly island folks. Hiking, swimming and relaxing at its best!!!
