View of "The Lookout" from Lake Gaston - Lake Gaston/Littleton, NC - North Carolina Vacation Rental This two and a half story lakefront cottage, called "The Lookout," provides the ideal setting for family vacations. Recently painted and decorated, the house is located on a one acre partially wooded lot which slopes gently down to a bulkheaded shore with a large dock for swimming, sunning, and boating (boat docking available). Water depth at the dock is seven-nine feet. Enjoy a wide open cove for fishing, canoeing, and water-skiing right in front of the house. Relax on the large (over 400 square feet) deck and take in the spectacular main lake view. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, living area with sofa and love seat and TV, two bedrooms and full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The lower level has a recreation room with a 'L' shaped sectional sofa, large TV with DVD and VCR, games, card table and bumper pool table. There is also a third bedroom with a queen bed, one full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The loft has three twin beds. "The Lookout" is a great place to enjoy boating, fishing, swimming and other lake activities. A marina with boat ramp, restaurant, boat rental, fishing bait are in close proximity. Fishermen welcome! Boat rentals are available approx. 15 minutes away. Boats available to rent are pontoon and ski boats.

$350 for 3 nights. Per night rate of $150 during off-season only.
$75 cleaning fee required. $400 security deposit and 50% of rental expected at
time of reservation. Remaining rental fee due two weeks prior to stay.
