Welcome to our definition of paradise! As soon as you step into the living area and see the ocean through the plantation shutters, you'll race to open them in order to enjoy the fabulous panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The tropical decor will create a mood of instant relaxation and prepare you for the vacation you have longed for. The cool breezes from the palm ceiling fans will help reset your internal clock to "island time".
The living room is equipped with a 50-inch high definition TV which is terrific for movies, sporting events, or your favorite programs. The kitchen and bar area are immediately adjacent to the family room and are equipped with many up-grades. The granite counter tops, wine cooler and free-standing ice maker give a luxurious feel to this beach setting. The dining table and bar area combined will seat 8.
The master suite provides a king size bed with luxury linens, walk-in closet, and a beautiful armoire (which also provides storage for the cable TV). The master bath has a walk-in shower, double vanities with make-up lighting, and a separate water closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a plush memory foam mattress and cable TV with VCR (good for children's tapes), while the third bedroom provides a day bed with a trundle to make the room more spacious during the day. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans to bring the feeling of tropical breezes indoors. The spacious 1600 square feet of living area provides the space for family time together, yet also has ample space for time alone.
The over-sized balcony lends itself to many activities -- from early morning coffee and paper to sipping your favorite cool beverage with an afternoon snack. It's also perfect for napping on the chaise lounge or watching the sunset. The balcony overlooks the heated pool and newly renovated pool decking. A locked outdoor storage closet is available for beach items.
This 4-unit building is much more intimate than the larger high-rise buildings on other beaches and provides quick access to the beach and gulf waters. Come see our little "castle" by the sea. . . and build a sand castle or two of your own.

This was the best vacation rental by far we have found yet. The listing and pics where very accurate. The condo and property where very clean. Debbie was wonderful, she went above and beyond~thanks again Debbie to you and your husband for driving over to the condo Sat. night. We hope to be staying here for many years to come, we just loved it.

Great location, and an excellent condo. My family and I stayed here in May and everything was perfect. The condo is very large, great location, nice pool, good spot on the beach and very well supplied. We had a great visit and Debbie was a perfect host. You won't go wrong staying in this fantastic location.

What a wonderful place to vacation .Such a quiet relaxing place to stay and the condo is terrific. It met and surpassed all our needs and desires.We loved being able to walk to places to eat dinner and the kids loved to go for Ice cream afterwards... cant wait to come back
