ASK ABOUT OUR EARLY BOOKING SPECIALS!!!!!!This wonderful get-away in the Outer Banks was renovated and newly furnished late in 2007. The upper unit of this duplex is conveniently located just a short walk (125 yard) from the beach access. It is in the heart of Kill Devil Hills which is also home of the Wright Brother's Monument. It is within walking distance of surf shops, multiple restaurants, and quaint stores as well as just a short drive to shopping outlets and Jockey's Ridge.
This top level unit has three bedrooms and two full baths. It is equipped with three televisions, a game system with games, a DVD player and DVD library, and beach chairs for your use. A basketball goal and grill are shared between the unit. We rent nightly as well as weekly with a three night minimum.
Barefootin #1 has wall to wall carpeting except in the kitchen and bathrooms. The den is roomy with a large television and two sofas and is open to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that comfortably seats six. Glass doors and windows surround the den/kitchen and open to a large balcony with chairs for you to relax on. The master bedroom has a queen bed, television set and private full bath. There are also two other bedrooms, one with twin beds and a television, and the other with a pyramid bunk. There is another deck on the back to enjoy the ocean breezes on.
