The condo certainly lived up to all the reviews as a luxurious place to stay. The unit is very spacious with a lot of sitting room and a beautiful view of the lake, as well as, convenient access to the lake/boat dock. I would score the condo itself as a 10/10. A little caveat to our stay was a situation with our security deposit. I was not pleased with the way my family and I were treated by the owners regarding the security deposit, which was kept due to a claim that some bath mats were ruined despite a thorough cleaning and inspection of the property prior to leaving. It caused an embarrassing, yet frustrating situation for my family. The owners went so far as to make unpleasant comments about my family to the listing community, which is a bit excessive. Overall opinion is “Great unit & community, but approach this unit with a lot of caution.”

Owner response: Yes, please proceed with caution when renting this unit. We take great pride in our home and will not allow urine soaked bathmats and stained carpet to exist at our place. We strive to maintain a high-end and luxurious lake rental property for vacationers. We find it unfortunate that we had to retain the security deposit to cover the purchase of new bathmats and professional carpet cleaning, As the homeowners, we assure you we will continue to maintain a luxurious home and offer a positive experience for our future guests.

This is a beautiful townhome in a great location, with very comfortable beds and upscale furnishings. Everyone in our extended family (ages 3 to 72) enjoyed every aspect of this home...the kids loved the HUGE television in the basement, along with their own kitchen, covered patio, and private sleeping areas. The adults loved the deck and screened porch, and of course everyone enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the lake. This unit is perfectly located overlooking a small peninsula on the lake, midway between two docks and across the parking lot from the pool - so you never have to walk very far. You can fish or ski right in front of the unit, or take a 5-minute boat ride to the main part of the lake. We will definitely return!

What a Lovely Condo

We rented Terri's condo for the 4th of July and it was just perfect. We had more than enough room and every morning enjoyed our coffee on the patio. The view is just breath taking. The kids loved the pool and walking paths. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend and to view the fireworks over Lake Keowee. It is close to downtown Seneca and the white water rafting. Terri Shaw, the owner, is friendly, really easy to work and quick at responding to any questions you might have. We are already planning our next trip to to stay in this condo.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is our second year staying at this property. It's a very nice house, the property is very nice, the complex pool is right behind this unit, and it is large enough to fit our entire family (10). The owners have also been very pleasant to deal with. We anticipate this being our consistent getaway location for years to come!

This townhome is just wonderful! The decor is soothing and very beautiful. Every possible amenity is included (we were so surprised to find a waffle maker!) The views are incredible as well. Just a perfect getaway location!

This is an absolutely beautiful townhouse. I was a guest for the weekend with Linda Reynolds and felt like a queen. The view of the lake was breathtaking. It was as beautiful outside as in!

We had a fabulous weekend in your townhome! The bedding was everything that was promised. The teenagers loved the lower level den, the slightly older folks loved the kitchen and the porches, and the toddlers had fun all over. We had a wonderful family weekend despite a rainy Saturday and a loss at Death Valley. Your home was just the ticket to brighten everyone's spirits. We will definitely consider a return visit in the future.

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space for all 13 of us...the kids spent their time on the lower level with the big screen TV. Comfortable beds, luxurious towels...everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for luxury at a great price. We came for Parents Weekend at Clemson and all the parents agreed that if the kids weren't graduating we would be back next year, and we may even come back anyway! Loved it!!

I stayed here with a bunch of girl friends and it was a perfect get-away. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities. I will definitely consider a repeat visit with my family!

Beautiful place with great amentities, beautiful and comfortable decor. We had 10 people (6 adults,4 children) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Top of the line appliances, great beds, fully supplied kitchen and an absolutely beautiful view of the lake. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect spot of Lake Keowee! The owner has thought of everything to make your stay wonderful.

Can you say P E R F E C T ! ! ! ! ! !The townhome was unbelieveably decorated and there could not have been a better home for us to rent on the lake! Every bedroom was perfect, the bedding perfect, the kitchen was perfect and the great room could not have been more perfect! The home owners have certainly put alot of thought and care in their decisions on the bed layout as well as the grille and every amenity. When we come back to Lake Keowee, we will rent this townhome everytime!!!!!!!
