Stand outside the fray, but don't miss a beat. If you tire of swimming and watching the happenings on the river from the swimming pool, a chain ferry is one block away to take you to town for shopping, dining, entertainment and site seeing.

If you would like to charter a sail boat or fishing trip, they steps away.

Hike the hills, just out the back door, to Lake Michigan beaches. Or drive the 1/4 miles over the hill to where there is parking for Oval Beach.

  • A great fun, riverside location with a fantastic view of all that is going on in Saugatuck AND only a 10 minute walk / 1 minute drive from Oval beach. A well equipped, spacious apartment with the added bonus of a swimming pool..... and until the refurbishment of the adjacent studio apartments have been completed, you have the place to yourselves. Although this is a top floor apartment, it is part of the Casa Loma resort which has a large river frontage garden with plenty of room for kids to run around. Must be able to climb stairs and closely supervise your children, otherwise a fantastic place to stay. Particularly during the summer months with the chain ferry on your doorstep to take you over to Saugatuck. Thanks John - we will be back.
