Nice and spacious (2500 square feet) vacation home with a hot tub, pool table, and large deck. Recently renovated with new hardwood floors, new appliances, and many other upgrades.
Great location in Incline Village, close to shops, casinos, and ski areas (the Diamond Peak ski area is about 1/2 mile up the road).
The 4 bedroom 4 bathroom layout is great for large families. The home sleeps 10 in beds (3 queens, 4 twins). The large deck includes gas grill, dining area, and hot tub. There is also a loft with a pool table.
Other amenities include: large TV with cable, DVD player, and stereo with a jack to connect your ipod. Broadband internet access with Wi-Fi accessible throughout the house.

Perfect Winter or Summer Retreat!

We have stayed at this property in the winter and summer time and will continue to return year after year. This property is PERFECT for large families, groups of friends or even a couple of families with kids. Not only it the location ideal, but the layout of the house (with two master suites upstairs and two beds/baths downstairs) makes it great for the adults to get quiet time after the kids have gone to bed and no one is stepping on each other's toes. The owners maintain the property beautifully and have thought of every detail (even providing a list of good local restaurants to get a bite or some good local activities), as well as providing things like internet access, a great bbq and jacuzzi (don't forget the jacuzzi). Whether you are dealing with the owner directly or the management company (we've dealt with both), they take care of everything, so you just need to show up with your suitcase and the rest is there for you. It is close to a great grocery store, some wonderful parks/beaches, skiing/hiking, the beautiful Hyatt (for gambling, spa, beach, activities...) and tons of restaurants. We cannot recommend this house highly enough ... and I bet you'll return year after year, like us!

This was a great place for singles, family or whomever is in your group. It is very private and spacious and overall a fun experience, would recommend it to all.
