We are offering unbelievable rates for our vacation home, "The Seigel's Roost," which is pristine and with all new furnishings!
Our home is located in the heart of the Smokey Mountains of North Carolina, near nature hikes, fishing streams, canoing, white water rafting, boating lakes, waterfalls, and mountain views. In the winter, it is just an hour and a half from skiing. Part of the Sapphire Valley Community, our guests have privileges at an executive golf course, tennis courts, health spa, swimming pool, game room, playground, and more. They also get discount rates on the adjacent public Sapphire Mountain Golf Course.
The main level features an open kitchen/dining/living area with a working wood fireplace, wood floors, and a vaulted wood ceiling. The TV is hooked up to satellite and a DVD player. There is access to a huge patio deck with a mountain/wooded view and a gas barbeque grill. The kitchen has granite counter tops and sparkling new appliances. The master bedroom is very spacious, and features a king bed, tv, private deck access, and a Jacuzzi tub and shower in the master bath. The guest bedroom on the main floor is a queen, with a dedicated bath. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with two twin beds, and yet another private bath.
The house is 6.2 miles from Cashiers proper. Fifteen minutes away is Highlands, a very quaint, southern town with restaurants and shops. Asheville is just 1 1/2 hours away, with all the amenities, art, and activities of a big city. A big attraction is the famous Biltmore Estate.
SMALL pets are negotiable. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE OR ON PROPERTY.

The Unique Benefits of this House
We have two daughters who enjoy the outdoors, so we've used the North Carolina house as a base for skiing in the winter and hiking, boating, and white-water rafting in the summer. We also love trekking into Ashville and especially touring the unbelievable Biltmore Estate.
