With a traditional Block Island design, The Sterling House is the perfect home to make your vacation both relaxing and memorable. The well appointed house is has beautiful ocean and town views.
The Sterling House is ideally located, it is private yet near town and all the popular beaches. For those of you who know Block Island, it is situated off High Street, about 1/8 mile from town and 3/4 mile to Southeast Lighthouse and the Mohegan Bluffs.
The house itself was built for comfort and fun. This is not your typical rental. There are water views from nearly every room and a fabulous breeze.
There are 2 floors of living space. The second floor has 3 bedrooms... a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a door to the newly remodeled bathroom, equipped with a steam shower, and Jacuzzi tub. One bedroom has a two twins and the other has a queen. All rooms have good to great views.
There is also a large kitchen/ dining room and an over sized living room, with a pull out sofa.
The front/ side yard is quite large. It has a picnic table and Adirondack chairs for lounging.
The house is very well equipped. All towels, linens, and a maid service is provided.
