It is located about 1000 feet from the ocean and the Audobon Trail and marsh are across the street. The beach club is perhaps 7-8 minutes away by golf cart which is included. The island deer will graze in or near the yard daily. The garden is fenced and landscaped and the hot tub located there is a wonderful, private way to unwind after a day of golf, swimming, tennis or whatever you spent your day doing. There is room for your boat if you wish to bring one.
The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and secure.

I recently rented this home for a family vacation. My party consisted of best friend, her husband, my daughter,son his girlfriend and myself. This required alot of special sleeping accomadations. The house was perfect for our whole crowd. Mr Hays was so easy to work with and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The area is lovely and close to the beach. The golf cart was a nice addition since the "sandy " part of the beach was a good little walk. The Audobon Trail was only a few feet from our door and my friends really enjoyed taking pictures there. We hope to return in the spring and certainly hope the house will be available then.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My wife, daughter, and I spent a week at this location in July. The house was very clean, well organized, and well equipped. The kitchen was great, and it was nice having a basement to park the golf cart in and to keep my fishing gear. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.
