Check out this stylish contemporary beach home with a 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath main house and a 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house with private pool, located on along Scenic Gulf Drive on the Emerald Coast. The completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views.
Three private suites each with king size beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds are located in the main house. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, has a TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. This home sleeps 16 guests.

CABANA HOUSE
The private poolside Cabana offers a bedroom with queen size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD, full bath, and walk-in closet. The Cabana House also offers a living room/kitchenette area with a queen sleeper sofa, dining table for 2, and a microwave, coffee maker, sink, mini-frig, and set of dishes.
THE BEACH is right down the street! Sterling Stay is located directly down the street from the Crystal Beach access. Walk out the door, turn right, walk past five houses and in less than one minute you will be standing on the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast.
RECREATION
Destin offers exciting water activities: snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises, glass bottom boat excursions, dolphin watching, and scuba diving. The Big Kahuna Water Park is another favorite family attraction. An abundance of golf courses are also conveniently located in and around Destin.
DINING
Casual and fine dining is within walking distance at Camille's Restaurant or at the Crystal Beach Inn. There are many other restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive such as The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's or Pompano Joe's where you can enjoy fresh seafood for lunch or dinner. Many of the restaurants have outdoor decks for enjoying beach views and a Gulf breeze as you dine.
SHOPPING
The Destin Commons shopping area is less than a mile away and has the 14 screen Rave Theatre, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Build-a-Bear Workshop, and many exclusive specialty shops as well as several major department stores.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall located within 3 miles and provides another excellent opportunity for shopping for brand name merchandise.

Just returned home from our stay at the Sterling Stay beach house. It was a wonderful house for our party of 13. The house was very clean, very large and is in a perfect location.
