We choose to purchase this condo because it has amenities few other condos can replicate - like space. This condo is a 2 bedroom extra large... This translates to a bigger 2nd bedroom, bigger master bedroom, and bigger bathrooms for each. A larger condo means good phyiscal separation with large bedrooms and bathrooms and translates into a luxury resort experience.

We went for a girls long weekend and loved the condo! Great location - the beach was beautiful and the pools were always clean. The only negative about the condo, was with four women, we could have used a full mirror somewhere!
Owner response:Thank you and please come again. We actually BOUGHT a FULL length mirror this spring and it was dropped during installation. We plan to replace in early July when we return. Please do come again...The reflection will be even BETTER!!!! Ken and Jean

Our family stayed at Edgewater, unit 606, for a week in October. We have been coming to Destin for many years, staying at various nice beachfront properties, but this was our first time at Edgewater. We were very pleased with everything about the property and the unit we selected. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and the view from the balcony is awesome! Unit 606 is a good size 2 bedroom unit with extremely nice furnishings...nothing old, dirty or scratched up in this place. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on...it felt like the super pillow-top beds you get at the high-end hotels. The big screen t.v.'s were wonderful for the guys in our family who had to watch ballgames even though we were on vacation. Having 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom was great for our family. I do wish the master bath was a bit larger, but that's really my only minor complaint. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.
