Saida Towers is a Beautifully landscaped gated property on the beach including 3 pools (one heated) and hot tubs, Children’s pool, 4 tennis courts, shuffle board, snack bar and bar area by main pool, and plenty of grass area for the kids to play. Direct beach access with chair rentals available. Saida Towers is located on the south end of South Padres Island near the Causeway, close to shopping.

This is a ground floor unit in Saida I. Saida I is the building closet to the beach. Very convenient parking. Great Beach Views from the patio, master bedroom, and living room. Just steps to the pools and beach. Grass area right off the patio, great for the family to play or just relax on the patio (or cookout with our gas grill) while you watch the kids play.
Comfortable furnishings include a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bar stools, and a dining room table with 6 chairs. Family room includes sleeper sofa, love seat, and chair. New 42" LCD TV and DVD.
The master bedroom includes a pillow-top King size bed, TV with DVD, and a great beach view. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen and twin size beds as well as a TV.

We rented this property for Spring Break with our 2 young adults and 2 of their friends. We have been coming for vacation to S. Padre since the kids were very young. We have stayed at many different hotels and even a beach house. This was by far the best place we have stayed. Everything is within walking distance for shopping & eating out. The pool and the beach are just steps from the patio. Security is impeccable. We won't be staying anywhere else when we come back to S.Padre. Thank you Scott for everything!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our stay was WONDERFUL....the location was GREAT!!! Having quick access to the pool and the Beach was a big plus. Our stay on this ground unit was a wonderful experience.....highly recommend it. I have sent this site to friends.

This is absolutely wonderful vacation home. The unit was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and our boys liked the flat screen TV. It's close to the beach, and the ground floor location is great for pet access. We'll definitely rent this unit again when we come back to S. Padre.

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was decorated so cute and tropical and very spacious. The location was so convenient to the pools and beach. The heated pools were fantastic and we loved having lunch and drinks at the tikki bars by the pool. The complex was clean and secure and the beach was beautiful. We also liked that we were able to bring our small dog. Our family will be back next summer!

This is a great condo! The location couldn't be better! We have small children and were quite pleased that there are gates at each of the pools and the walkways to the beach. We really enjoyed the patio and grassy area. The close proximity to the beach was fantastic. We set up an umbrella on the beach and could quickly walk back to the condo for more supplies (lunch, more beach toys, etc). The condo itself is very large for a 2 bedroom. It was very well equipped (plenty of towels, utensils, etc). We had a terrific vacation and will certainly be back!
