Due to the economy we have lowered our rates so more families can vacation this year.
On the quiet side of Panama City Beach is this bright and cheery three story newer beach house. Just an easy, two block walk to the dedicated mile of undeveloped pristine beach and emerald waters.
This beautifully decorated home has nine-foot ceilings; ceiling fans in every room; balconies off every bedroom; ceramic tile and carpet; two master suites on the second floor; one queen bedroom on the first floor; and a double bedroom loft on the third floor with a totally private balcony where you can see the ocean. The living/dining/kitchen area has an open floor plan for entertaining or enjoying family.
Within easy walking distance is a grocery store with a wine shop, a liquor store, and the best doughnut shop on the beach.
We only rent to families. You must be 25 years old to rent.

We stayed here in Summer 2009 and Spring Break 2011. This house is perfect for families. Great location. We love Sandstone!!!

We stayed a week in this home and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! i would recommend this home to anyone, and the owners were very good about communicating with us with any questions we had prior to our arrival. Then neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the house is close to many of the attractions at Panama City Beach, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. We will definitely use this house again! Thanks for a wonderful week!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
