Newly remodeled, not rented in the past, mostly used by us - it's very well kept up, clean and beautiful (at least, for our taste). Wouldn't you rather come "home" to a place like this, even if you are just staying for a while, then to a superficially refreshed apartment, intended for just RENT, RENT,RENT?!?!

We have originally purchased this condo for your family use only. We love spending time with our son by the ocean, and come as often as we can. Being right on the ocean, close to so many things you can enjoy together, it offers a a great family retreat. Also, being so close to one of the world's most famous entertainment capitals, it's fun to just come for an adults-only trip with friends.
We are just starting to rent our condo on occasion, and are excited to welcome you into our home.
