This great beach home is located within the gated community of Sunset Beach and a short walk to the communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. This trendy new area is about 12 miles west of Panama City on 30A. View of the ocean from the back deck and a short walkway to the beach. This house is less than 100 yards from the beach as you can be in the sand in 1 minute walking out the back of the house past the large heated pool. This pool is for the guests of Sunset Beach and its property owners and faces the ocean. Great golf in San Destin (12 miles)and Camp Creek,a Tom Fazio design is one mile away.
This Non-Smoking home was professionally decorated and has all the amenities that you would expect including a washer and dryer. Televisions in both bedrooms. The living area has both a large Flat Screen TV and DVD player as well as a gas-burning fireplace. Close to shopping centers and great restaurants all along 30A.
IF you are looking for a quiet, relaxing time close to the beach but close enough to all the activities, this area is great. Sorry but we only accept rentals for one week or more.

Lil' Blu was a perfect vacation for my husband, our 9 lb. Shih Tzu Daisy and I. The location is a 10 minute leisurely walk to either Alys or Rosemary Beach. The house has a beautiful ocean view and is a 3 minute walk to the pool that overlooks the ocean! It has collapsible bikes, beach chairs, and every possible amenity you could ask for. There is no better place to stay on The Emerald Coast.. we loved our time there and hope to return soon.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

What a GREAT place to relax! Love the interior of the home and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dishes to make meals. The porches were wonderful to relax, read, or play board games. Close to the beach & pool yet in a part of 30 A that is not crammed with commercial businesses. It was exactly what we were looking for and we can't wait to return!! Our doggies loved it too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lil Blue. It was a short walk to the beach / pool and the gulf view from the balcony is great. Lil Blue has all the amenities one needs for the beach and was just perfect for our family of 4 plus our Yorkie, Sophie. We look forward to many return visits to Lil Blue!

Little Blue is a wonderful vacation home. You can spend hours on the porch with its wonderful view. It is an ideal location for rest and relaxation. Truely a great home away from home.

I found this house last year and have rented it two years in a row. I've vowed to rent it every year going forward until I have a place of my own or just can't get to Florida anymore. I've been vacationing in this area of Florida for over 20 years and Little Blue, by far, is one of the best. I consider it "my" Florida home. Its location, amenities, and size are just perfect for me. I, too, spent hours this year reading on the upstairs balcony and walking on my favorite beach in the whole world. And best of all, you can hear the gulf from each bedroom - what a way to sleep!

What a great find! This beach home is privately located in a gated community and was perfect for our family of four. The distance to the beach and pool are a quick walk and great for all! The rocking chairs on the balcony were a great way to relax with a book and also watch not only our kids, but several others, play in the courtyard. The rentor is a pleasure to work with and I hope that we have an opportunity to come visit again soon. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

Everything about our vacation was great. We enjoyed hours at the beach, hours at the pool and hours in your gated courtyard. I loved that the yard and the parking was gated, it provided much enjoyed privacy. The walk to the beach was a breeze with two little ones and all that you need for a day at the beach.Your home had every amenity we needed, an abundance of towels and comfortable beds. Thank you for sharing this great home. Lil Blu features a great location, a private community with a short walk to the beach-you have it all. We can't wait to return.

My family had a wonderful time on our vacation. Your beach home is gorgeous. It’s beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences of home. I enjoyed reading my book every afternoon on the upstairs porch. We also loved the location of the house. We were only a few steps away from the pool and the beach. We hope to visit again.

What a GREAT place!!! This is absolutely the best house on in the community. Very well appointed, everything supplied and the fireplace is just perfect! I can't wait to return again and again.
