The house offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths, dramatic living room with beamed ceilings and wood burning fireplace, separate dining area, galley kitchen and central air.

The backyard is lush with a pool, mature palms, cabana and Spanish fountain. The 10,000 sf lot is fully fenced and gated for your privacy.

The popular Mesa is a neighborhood of historic celebrity homes that include the homes of Barry Manilow and Suzanne Sommers. The southern canyon is 1.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs and shields the area from wind gusts that can sometimes be more common in other areas of town. This private home offers get away from it all relaxation and only blocks to great restaurants and our own South End's Koffi.

Note: There is a detached casita at the back of the property that we rent with larger groups. If you rent the front house only - the back house will be vacant. At no time do we rent to separate parties at the same time.

  • This is a great place!! You guys have done a fantastic job making it just right--lots of comfortable outdoor seating, and indoor nooks. We felt as if we had escaped for a week, after only a few days. We very much enjoyed the location--close to the Kings Highway Restaurant at the Ace hotel and the short drive to Indian Canyon for hikes. The pool is a great focal point --what all pools aspire to be-- with lovely plantings all around the perimeter, and fun flotation devices as well!!! Also worth mentioning is the huge, gorgeous barbeque--which we thoroughly enjoyed. Did I mention the hammock?
