Port Lagoon is a private, quiet 12-unit condominium on the Grand Lagoon with a pool, poolside lounging, six slip boat dock, and fish cleaning station. It is beautifully landscaped with a spacious front yard. It is convenient to Wal-Mart, Publix and Winn-Dixie as well as to several excellent restaurants and marinas.
Our unit is on the second story with a beautiful view of Grand Lagoon, it is waterfront, but not beachfront. Access to the white sands of Panama City Beach is about a mile away.
The approximately 1000 sq. ft. unit is cozy and comfortable with a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. There is a computer desk, computer and cable TV in the master bedroom and a small computer desk in the dining room with possible Wi-Fi access. There is a 32" Cable TV with a surround sound stereo system in the living room.
The kitchen is completely equipped with about anything you may need for food preparation, including a George Foreman grille.
Condo association and zoning requirements do not permit short term rentals.

I am currently renting the condo from Feb-April 2010 and have really enjoyed living here while my husband is in dive school. Its very convenient to the navy base. The condo has a fantastic view of the lagoon! I love sitting on the back porch enjoying the view and getting some sun. The condo has everything you need: Fully stocked kitchen, wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player.Also, I love that the home is pet friendly so my dog can be down here with us! The owner, Dave is incredibly nice. He has been available for any questions I have had and always has great stories every time we talk. The other owners in the building are incredibly friendly and we have really enjoyed meeting everyone. I highly recommend staying at Port Lagoon for snowbirds or people who are in town for Dive/EOD school at NSA. Thanks so much for opening up your home to us, Dave and Cathy!
