El Encanto de la Laguna is an exclusive beachfront community that includes both estate homes as well as condominiums located just a couple of miles east of the new marina and just ten minutes from San Jose Del Cabo's resort hotel area. Located in a 24 hour guard gated community boasting breathtaking beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez.
The beach is serene, private and peaceful. Water sports are abundant including fishing, surfing, kayaking, etc. From the relaxing patio surrounding the villa it is a familiar sight to see the whales passing by and the dolphins playing in the ocean.
The interior of the newly constructed hacienda style ground floor villa is furnished with quality pieces in soothing colors and plenty of architectural details and custom touches. The villa has two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and spa like bathroom and the second bedroom has two full size beds and an attached bathroom.
There is a shared outdoor entertaining area which includes BBQ grills, a large palapa with a kitchen area, an infinity edge pool with a swim up bar and lots of patio space to relax by the pool. Owner is a Airline Pilot.

Just Back From a Wonderful Vacation

Our family spent Thanksgiving in this lovely home. We absolutely will be back! This villa is extremely organized, clean and decorated very well. Everything we needed for the trip was more then accommodated for. Equally as wonderful as the villa are the outside living spaces. As we grilled our freshly caught Dorado at the grill station our children played in the beautiful pool; nothing tops sitting outside, eating the fish our son caught and looking out at stingrays leaping from the water. Not only is this villa perfect, but also perfectly located. The walk to the beach is less then 2 minutes, once there you experience a beautiful expanse of sand almost all to yourself. The busiest day at the beach consisted of just one other family fishing, a lady walking her 2 dogs and six people riding by on horseback! However when you want to explore beyond this paradise, just minutes away is the Marina, where you can charter a boat to fish or San Jose to shop or enjoy an abundance of great restaurants.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The pictures don't show how incredible this Villa really is. It's very spacious and the location is just steps away from the pool, hot tub, fire pit and bar-b-que are. The view is also amazing looking out to the ocean from the bluff and towards Cabo. The sandy beach which stretches for miles is quiet and a two minute walk from the villa. The ammenities are first class and the people are so nice. San Jose Del Cabo is minutes away along with golf courses and the new marina to charter a boat & crew to whale watch or go fishing in a small or large boat and the prices are great! We caught red snapper, yellowtail, dorado and mackeral and the marina cleans your fish if you want. If you want a very quiet place to stay and relax but be near town, this is the place!!! Also, check out Buzzards Restuarant which is a short walk for their breakfast and super burritos! This is probably the best place I've stayed in the world, if you're coming to Cabo - STAY HERE!

I have spent well over 40 years visiting Los Cabos. All things change but the availability of a lovely, get a way spot that has not been overwhelmed by development is such a blessing. The unit has everything you could want and more and El Encanto has been virtually empty the two times ( we are and will be repeat visitors ) we have been in October. The onsite management is a big plus. Maria lives in the development and is very helpful and professional. The pool and barbecue area are spectacular. If you desire peace and quiet and are willing to stay out of San Jose a few minutes to get it, this is where you want to be. If you love empty beaches, its just a twenty five minute drive out the dirt road to the East cape and the quiet splendor of Baja the way it was.

Wow, this place has forever views! Our family loved the villa - great access to pools, BBQ & fun! The attention to detail and cleanliness is second to none. Great furnishings and very tasteful decor. --- and a great value as well! I will certainly be back!

Your condo was like a large home....filled with beautiful furniture and lovely bedding. The view was a million dollar view. My son had the time of his life in that amazing pool. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We will be back for sure. The "home" felt better than a Four Seasons hotel for sure. Thank you and we will be back soon.... Deborah and Preston.
