Located in the desirable and well-established Sea Colony complex that has a private pool and private beach access. This unit offers unobstructed views of both the pool and the ocean! EVERYTHING is brand new! Gleaming, real hardwoods throughout, designer kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, flat screen televisions in both the living and bedroom, open floor plan, gorgeous furniture and décor, including queen sleeper sofa, built-in twin daybed, in-unit washer and dryer and much more. You will love sitting on the private deck and watching the waves. This unit really has it ALL with easy access to both Carolina and Kure Beach and all the fun both have to offer! This is just the vacation you have been longing for….with all the amenities of home (maybe more)! You will not find a more luxurious condo to rent on all of Carolina Beach. Just bring your swimsuit and flip-flops!

You will love watching the sunrise and the dolphins jump as you drink your morning coffee from the deck. The view is amazing and you can see for miles. One of the best breaks in the area and you will enjoy watching all of the surfers! Also makes a great spot for fishing. The swimming pool and sundeck are just steps from the unit and from the beach and has ample lounge chairs for you to relax in and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

The beach access is key restricted-so only residents/guests of Sea Colony have use of the private walkway. You will enjoy the ease of getting to and from the beach...and appreciate the less crowded area. Lifeguards are on duty during the peak season and hours.

With so many restaurants nearby your breakfast, lunch and dinner options are endless. Sea Colony is located in close proximity to all that Pleasure Island has to offer.

-Check-in time is after 4pm EST & check-out time is before 10am EST

-Rates shown include a fully equipped unit, WHICH INCLUDES: fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, paper towels, bath tissue, kleenex tissue, soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, bed comforters, pillows, linens and towels. Linens and towels consist of (1) queen fitted sheet, (1) queen flat sheet, (2) pillow cases AND (2) bath towels, (2) hand towels, (2) wash cloths, (1) bath mat, (2) kitchen towels and (1) sponge. Additional linens and towels may be requested at an additional charge.

-3 night minimum for NIGHTLY stays

-5 night minimum for NIGHTLY stays from May 22nd - September 6th (will consider a 3 or 4 night stay during this time period only if a 5 night stay is not possible due to other bookings limiting the number of nights available to less than 5 nights)

-Stays that occur Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter require a 4 night minimum stay

-Wi-Fi high speed Internet available for a fee

-Cleaning Fee $65

-State and local taxes apply (13.75%)

-Refundable security deposit of $450 is required

-Must be at least 25 to rent / Maximum Occupancy is 3

-Pets Not Permitted

-Smoking Strictly Prohibited in Unit or on Deck

  • My wife & I were in North Carolina to look at condos for future retirement and we set up 11 to see on one day. None of the condos we saw even came close to this one. They have thought of everything you would need on vacation and provided it. Basicly you just have to bring clothes and food. We felt we were looking at an H G T V episode and we were in it. The decor is set to remind you that this is the beach and it is right in front of you. We recommend going down to the beach, take a left & down a few steps is the " Tiki Bar " It is on the Pier with great music & resonably priced food. Another good take is " Freddies " in Kure Beach which has the greatest italian food. Only go there if you are real hungry. Everyone has to have a donut from " Brits " down on the Boardwalk. They only sell one kind and after you taste it you know why they survive on one. Cafe Phoenix in downtown Wilimington is a great place to eat and sip on wine and people watch. For a whopping $ 5 you can take your car over to Southport on the Ferry and enjoy a great lunch at " Provisions " If you don't want to have coffee on the deck with the sound of waves in front of you we suggest the " Grind " in Carolina Beach 2 minutes away. You can have a cup of coffee and catch up on back home news with their Free Wifi We highly recommend staying here and will indeed return

  • This oceanfront condo is simply stunning. It is tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and clean. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach, mostly because of our wonderful accommodations. The owners have taken the guesswork out of where we're going to stay in the future when we travel to Carolina Beach. 20-B Sea Colony! It was a pleasure dealing with the owners.   • We enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay. The condo was everything we were told and more... perfect condition, great furnishings, and a very nice view. Breakfast across the street at Granny's was a fun and delicious. We brought it back to eat on the balcony one morning. Perfect for a little time away from the kids.

  • I had the pleasure of spending a week in this beautiful condo while vacationing in Carolina Beach with my mother and boyfriend. Not only did we enjoy the wonderful beach atmosphere, but also coming back every night to this peaceful and comfortably decorated home. The owners had everything prepared for us prior to our arrival, including providing clean linens, dishes, detergents, and a wonderful welcome packet recommending favorite local spots to visit. We were impressed with both the size and quality of the property, which is a fully renovated one bedroom with gorgeous hardwood floors and plasma televisions in both the living room and bedroom. The condo also includes a brillantly built in daybed that offers plenty of sleeping room for a third occupant. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home while on vacation. The owners are extremely responsive to questions and requests and made the rental process very easy.

  • Fabulous, Beautiful, Comfortable... Doug & Ashley you really did an amazing job on the condo! The place is perfect, you have really thought of it all... the views are spectacular and the location is ideal! One thing not to miss during your stay is coffee on the balcony in the early morning watching the dolphins swim down the coastline, pure tranquility! Can't wait to stay again!
