The TreeHouse is a 2000 sq. ft. architect-designed tri-level house perched on a hillside and nestled amidst Manzanita, Blue Oak and Buckeye trees. The TreeHouse is beautifully furnished throughout and all details have been attended to so that your stay will be memorable.
Enjoy the splendid views from the deck off the Main Level. The panorama includes Combs Rocks, Moro Rock, Alta Peak and Case Mountain. You'll want to spend part of each day on the screened-in deck. It is equipped with two exceptionally comfortable recliners as well as a dining table with 6 chairs.
Unwind to the tranquil sounds of the fountain. As day transcends into evening, relax with a glass of wine and a romantic, candlelit dinner.
The owner is a personal Chef and is available to prepare and cater(by prior arrangement) gourmet dinners for your enjoyment. Another option is to have entrees prepared and left in the freezer for you take out and heat up at your convenience. Please contact the owner to receive a sample menu.
Inside, the Main Level includes a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room (all with vaulted ceilings), full bathroom and a bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed. Each of the rooms takes in the sweeping mountain views.
A spacious family room occupies most of the Lower Level. This is the place to recline on the couch and read a book or watch a movie on our 46" flat screen HDTV. It comes with cable, HBO and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Off the family room is a cozy bedroom with an inflatable queen bed with a 2" memory pad. Step outside and you are surrounded by a deck and two patios.
The highlight of the TreeHouse is the master bedroom located on the Upper Level. This spacious, beautifully appointed room has a very comfortable king bed and a full bathroom en suite.
Scenic mountain views are at your command and you are surrounded by Blue Oak and Buckeye trees. At this level, it feels as if you are nesting in a TreeHouse. It's a perfect place to retreat and nourish your spirit.
Adjacent to the TreeHouse is the Case Mountain public land area of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Explore over 30 bike trails and numerous hiking options. Take the time to commune with nature and treasure the tranquility.
