Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, 108 EVIAN is a 3 Bedroom Villa designed to accommodate 6-8 guests comfortably. 1 BR on ground level, 2 BR's on second level, each with its own bathroom plus powder room on 1st floor. (SEE LINK BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL PHOTO'S OF OUR VILLA)
Our bright, 1850 sq ft unit is on the newly re-built 27 hole "Shipyard Golf Course". The villa is set in a secluded, gated, lushly landscaped French Country style complex which includes 6 lighted Tennis Courts, a Large Pool, and a Deck and Gazebo overlooking a 5 acre Fishing Pond.
Use our bicycles (2) to ride to the beach (5 min.) and ON the beach (the hard packed sand goes for miles). Additional bikes can be reasonably rented - agencies deliver to your door.
Easy to access the miles of bike paths throughout Hilton Head Island. Beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas) are provided. Dine in the kitchen, dining room and covered patio.
Free beach access and parking. Lots of great restaurants near-by. Fabulous shopping - from small boutiques to large outlet malls. A large, Flat Screen TV is located in the living room with stereo, DVD and VCR. Washer & dryer included.
