Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, 108 EVIAN is a 3 Bedroom Villa (1,850 sq. ft.) designed to accommodate 6-10 guests comfortably. Villa was updated in Dec. 2011 with new carpeting & ceramic tile throughout, as well as updates in all bathrooms.
1 BR on ground level with FULL bathroom.
2 BR's on second level; EACH with its' own FULL bathroom. plus, POWDER ROOM /HALF BATH on 1st floor.
MASTER BR on 2nd floor has plush pillow top KING Size mattress.
GUEST BR on 2nd floor has pillow top QUEEN Size mattress.
GUEST BR ON 1st floor has 2 TWIN beds, can be converted to a KING.
Sleeper sofa in Living Room.
2 roll-away twin beds stored in 2nd floor guest BR - perfect for kids or teens. Port-a-crib on site also.
FREE LONG DISTANCE phone service & WI-FI INTERNET SERVICE.
Our bright, 1850 sq. ft. unit is on the 27th hole of the "Shipyard Golf Course". The villa is set in a secluded, gated, lushly landscaped French Country style complex which includes 6 lighted Tennis Courts, a Large Pool, and a Deck and Gazebo overlooking a 5 acre Fishing Pond.
USE OUR BICYCLES (2) to ride to the beach (5 min.) and on the beach - the hard packed sand goes for miles! Additional bikes (w/baskets & locks) can be rented at a discounted rate through "Riding Tigers Bike Rentals", with delivery & pick-up right at the villa.
Easy to access the miles of bike paths throughout Hilton Head Island. BEACH GEAR (6 beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas & a large cooler with wheels) provided. Dine in the kitchen, dining room or covered patio, w/GAS BBQ.
The pool is within easy walking distance (2-3 min.) from the villa. FREE TENNIS COURTS (w/basketball hoops) located a few steps further. FREE BEACH ACCESS & PARKING.
A large, 37" FLAT SCREEN TV is located in the living room with Ipod compatable speakers & kids/adults DVD's. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE CABLE TV & CEILING FANS.
Full size WASHER & DRYER off the kitchen.
The unit is professionally cleaned, with linens included. Come enjoy our little piece of paradise - you won't want to leave!

This condo in Evian is well located near the beach (a short bike ride away), pool, and tennis courts. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and it was very well stocked. It has all of the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. This condo is convenient to anywhere you would want to go on the island. It's perfect! The condo was very clean and well maintained with extras such as bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers. The owner has really thought of everything and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for sharing it with us!
