Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Beach Villas
We chose Waikoloa Beach Villas because it is just about an ideal location on the Big Island. It is within minutes of the beach and the royal fish ponds. It is adjacent to two world class golf courses. It is within walking distance of two shopping centers with a grocery store and many restaurant choices. The new Hawaii performing arts amphitheater is a block away. The Waikoloa Hilton and the Waikoloa Marriott, which both have additional entertainment and cultural events are just down the street. It is a short drive to Waimea. the Hamakua coast, or Kailua-Kona. Hilo and Volcano park are within easy driving distance. It is right in the middle of the big island's "gold coast," sandwiched between the Hualalai and Mauna Lani resorts. It is warmer than Kona, but not as dry as North Kohala.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
There is nothing better than sipping mai-tai's on the lanai and watching the birds, flowers and golfers. Both the King's course and the Wakoloa Beach course are a pleasure to play. The Beach course has the longest ocean-front par five of any golf course in the world (#12). The unit includes use of a King's Course club membership that allows free use of the club facilities, including the practice facilities, and significant play discounts on both golf courses. The unit has flat screen tv's in every bedroom and the living room. It has wireless internet access. It is a 2 minute drive or a ten minute walk from a beautiful beach. The gourmet kitchen and large living and lanai areas make for an extremely comfortable stay. The unit has both a garage and a reserved parking spot, making access to the unit very convenient. Being a gated community, it is both safe and secure. There are always plenty of things to do in the immediate area. For the more adventurous, it makes a perfect home base to explore all the Big Island has to offer.
