This place is great. We have stayed here twice before and I'm in the process of booking for a 3rd year in a row. My extended family has a reunion every year, It's been going on for 40 to 50 years. My Grandmother is 93, Mom is 75 with alzheimer's, Sis on disability is 54, and myself. We love it here and will come here every year as long as their alive. There is plenty of room. It's great.
Owner response:Thanks so much for choosing Sportsman's Hideout! It's such an honor to have repeat guests! We're glad you like the place and that it works so well for you and your family.

Our stay was peaceful, restful, and very enjoyable. It's a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city life. There are places for sightseeing and plenty of nice restaurants nearby with good cuisine. We came with the intention of doing a little bit of fishing but our poles never touched the water. The time was just too short, it just flew by. Everyone in our party enjoyed themselves so much that we plan to come again next summer. We have talked so much about how we enjoyed our stay that other family members and friends and interested in coming. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants some peace and quiet.

We have tried a few different places and this is by far our favorite. Very clean and everything you need to have a good trip, a very good value. Just don't book when I'm coming back next year. Todd
Owner response:Thanks Todd. It's great to hear when someone enjoys the place and likes it as much as we do. We hope you'll book another stay with us. Thanks for your business! Sophia

We stayed at the Sportsman's Hideout 3/27/ - 3/29/09 and had a great time. We had a large family gathering and all had plenty of room. The house is open, comfortable, and the decor was awesome. We would recommend it to anyone. We look forward to staying there again.
