MONTECRISTO ESTATES:
The most prestigious privately gated community fractional ownership development on the Pacific Ocean located next to the Pedregal in Cabo Pacifica on the Baja in Mexico. It is situated on the west side of Cabo, in the mountains, above the existing Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach timeshare facility. From the Villa you have stunning unobstructed and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the annually migrating whales.
THE VILLA:
This is a split-level ultra luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa. The spacious Master Bedroom, Living Room, Dinning Room, Kitchen, Patio Entrance, and Terrace are located in the 1,733.59 square foot upper level. The Master Bedroom is complete with its own private bathroom, private indoor jacuzzi (with openings into the Patio entrance for that total relaxation feeling), and walk-in closet. Relax in the outdoor jacuzzi just outside the Master Bedroom while looking at the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
The other two spacious bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), Family Room, Laundry Room, lower Terrace, and private infinity swimming pool are located in the 1,778.43 square foot lower level. Other amenities in the Villa include a Full Kitchen, Stove, Oven, Dish Washer, Microwave, Home entertainment centre, Washer, Dryer, BBQ, a fireplace, DSL computer, DVD, 5 LCD TVs. Personal Chefs are available upon request for those special occasions.
ACCESS:
Guests staying at Montecristo are given full access to all the amenities at the stunning Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort. Dine at Frida!- gourmet Mexican and Latin American cuisine or at The Bistro - informal, family cuisine, or at La Nao - all-day dining with festive theme nights. Relax at the European Health Spa or workout in the Fitness Centre. Shop at the deli and convenience store. Join other guests in the 5 swimming pools (all with swim-up bars), at the Manila Bar - wines, spirits, and lighter fare food, at the Lobby Bar - espresso drinks and specialty martinis, or even at the Cigar Bar - premium handmade cigars and wine-by-the-glass.
You will also have a FREE SHUTTLE (on the hour) to and from Medano Beach, with full access to the Pueblo Rose and Blanco resorts. You have the ability to charge expenses from all three resorts - to your villa at Montecristo. Concierge Services are available.

What better way to get away from the cold of Winter, than to travel down to the tip of Baja in Cabo San Lucas during the end of December. The temperature is normally in the 80's and the weather supreme. We enjoy watching the migrating whales that come across our view during our stay at this time of the year. The Montecristo Estates offer us secure and peaceful relaxation with all of the luxury and amenities that we deserve.

With the Montecristo Estates, we can be shuttled down to enjoy the amenities of the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort with all that it offers, then retreat to our restricted and private community in the mountains away from the crowds. Montecristo Estates also enjoys its own club house where we can join our other owners for good times.

My wife (she just hates having her picture taken) and I are enjoying our empty nest these days traveling to vacation spots when we can. We bought the Montecristo Estates so that we can bring our children, parents, siblings, and their families together for Christmas in one place where we could be together, but in a villa big enough where we can get away by ourselves if we desire. The split levels were perfect for this. They can be downstairs in their space and we can be upstairs in ours....
