  Our families had an amazing time at the condo in South Peak. This unit is incredible from the decorations to the amenities provided. The bedrooms were so beautiful and very comfortable. All the comforts of home!! Our children enjoyed their "own condo" on the first floor! The bunk bed bedroom was a huge hit and they spent time there playing and telling stories. The guys loved the plasma TV's and the extremely comfortable leather sofa. The kitchen is fabulous. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and all 11 of us sat at the large table and ate together with the kids next to us at the bar! We were down the street from the Polar Express and went on that as well. At night we roasted marshmellows and made smores by the campfire just steps from the condo. We swam in the pool at the spa and went for a long walk in the complex. We were a 30 minute ride from Santa's Village and enjoyed that as well. The kids watched movies and ate popcorn from the large popcorn bowls provided by the owners. They even toyed with playing the playstation but then changed their minds! The owners thought of everything and we are definitely coming back for another stay! Thank you so so much for everything!   This condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. It fit our extended family perfectly. The cousins loved being in the bunk bed room together. There are plenty of movies to watch and games to play including xbox and a pool table. We only stayed for 2 nights, but there is so much to do in the area. We went into Meredith for an arts and crafts festival and ate at town docks, which was great for kids...good ice cream. We wanted to go on a moose tour,hiking and Mount Washington, but it was raining. We took the kids swimming at Spa Viggio and ate at Woodstock Inn, which was great for large families. The area is so pretty and peaceful, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to friends and family. Thanks Alan for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! Dina W.

  We came for girls/cousins weekend and this was perfect for all if us! Beautiful home with everything we needed. It's about 40 minutes to North Conway where we went shopping and just over an hour to the Castle in the clouds. Very clean and well maintained. Alan answered every question I had and always got back to me quickly. Thank you Alan and Ann for sharing your beautiful home with us. We want to come back next year!!! Janine

  In all the places I have stayed, to ski in New England, this by far, was the absolute best. The condo was very clean and neat with plenty of room for 10 adults. We were very impressed with all the amenities and would absolutely recommend this great place to all of our friends. My thanks go out to the owners for a truly great place. Tony Simmons and Friends

  Our 4th year & another great stay @ our favorite Loon Condo! This unit is immaculate & decorated so beautifully that we are booking for Winter of 2014, our 5th year. It is the perfect escape for our fast paced friends from the Boston area! We look forward to this gathering because there is plenty to do around the area and in the condo, even for our non-skiers! It is roomy enough for the entire group without feeling crowded. The condo look like it was taken right out a pottery barn catalog! The kitchen & bathrooms are nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would recommended this condo for any kind of group gathering! The hot tub by the condo is just around the corner and we have yet to run into any other people, so it almost feels private!

  Okay, so we were fortunate enough to be up there during a major snowstorm!! A skier's bonus! It was so convenient to get to LOON with the option of taking the shuttle. The photos are real and the place was so clean!! The kitchen is well equipped and I could easily prepare full family meals. I have done several VRBOs and this was by far, the most homiest and most accommodating. The owner and management are easily accessible to answer any questions you may have. We will definitely be returning, hopefully with more people the next time as there are so many beds and they are all VERY comfortable with great pillows!

  We recently spent three nights at this lovely home during the Super Bowl weekend. We had three families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room in the basement and their own living room. Each set of parents enjoyed the comfortable king beds and we always felt there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is very convenient to the mountain and to downtown. This is an incredible property and we will be back again next year for sure!

  This was my second time at this house. I really enjoy visiting Loon and I love the house I stayed at. It's very spacious. It was very clean and well stocked with utensils and stuff to use around the house. I also liked that it was nice and quiet. The owner provided great customer service. I loved that it was by the river and there was plenty of trails to go hiking. I had about 10 people with me and they all said it was the best week ever. We will definitely be back next year hopefully for some more fun!!

  We walked in the house and it felt just like home, not at all like a rental. It was meticulously decorated and had every amenity you could ask for, even soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms for guests. The house was huge, plenty of room for multiple familys. The adults were upstairs enjoying the fireplace while the kids were downstairs playing pool. It wasn't a great weekend for skiing, but the kids instead enjoyed playing down by the river which is in back of the condo. We took advantage of the indoor pool at the club and look forward to enjoying the firepit and jacuzzi in the summer. We enjoyed our stay so much, we already booked our next stay in June. We always thought of Loon as a winter place to go, but being able to enjoy the river in March, our kids begged us to go back in the summer. The owners and property manager were also readily available should we need anything. I highly recommend this "home" to anyone interested in a great place to stay w/ family or friends. Kristin
