We walked in the house and it felt just like home, not at all like a rental. It was meticulously decorated and had every amenity you could ask for, even soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms for guests. The house was huge, plenty of room for multiple familys. The adults were upstairs enjoying the fireplace while the kids were downstairs playing pool. It wasn't a great weekend for skiing, but the kids instead enjoyed playing down by the river which is in back of the condo. We took advantage of the indoor pool at the club and look forward to enjoying the firepit and jacuzzi in the summer. We enjoyed our stay so much, we already booked our next stay in June. We always thought of Loon as a winter place to go, but being able to enjoy the river in March, our kids begged us to go back in the summer. The owners and property manager were also readily available should we need anything. I highly recommend this "home" to anyone interested in a great place to stay w/ family or friends. Kristin

This condo is surprisingly warm and inviting. The internet pictures are often hard to judge and as a frequent renter I am generally a little disappionted but NOT THIS TIME. The condo is really great. The bedding and decor is very, very nice. My friends rented another condo in the same complex and Alan's place is much nicer. There is plenty of room--There were 12 of staying overnight but we often had extra people at meal times. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the supplies to cook large/gourmet meals. The Condo is ideally located right near South Peak which is a great side of the mountain and easy in/out. You can ski to the Condo which the kids enjoyed. We always met back at the condo for lunch which was easy and better than trying to find space at the base lodge. We also had access to the Mountain Club which was great for workout, pool and outdoor jacuzzi. I really, really recommend this place to anyone that likes comfort, cleanliness and a quiet location. Access to the place with the key pad was very handy with folks coming and going at different times. This place is worth every penny and we will surely rent again!!!!

Rented this property for an annual ski trip we take, and let me say it was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well furnished, extremely comfortable. Summer or winter this would be a great rental. Easy access to Loon as well as convienently located close to Lincoln. We will be definitely planning our trip early next year so we can rent this property again!

We all were so enjoyed and relaxed during the stay. We were 15 members aged from 3 to 75 stayed here and this place fulfilled everybody's expectation.Lots of activities for kids around this place including fun in the indoor/outdoor pools near by this place.House is very clean, all kitchen items well stocked, enough spaces for 15 people, lively nature around the house including the pemi river running just behind the house. Thanks for having great vacation even though there was a small interruption during the hurricane Irene. Family from Toronto, Canada

Our family of 14 (6 children & 6 grandchildren) plus my husband and I spent a week at this townhome in August and the home could not have been lovelier. Everything was wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone to move about and find comfortable locations - whether for socializing with one another (awesome farmhouse table in dining area & sitting area in living room), sleeping (everyone had their own bed to sleep in & the linens and mattresses were very comfy), reading, coffee and quiet time (I found the small deck off the main floor to be perfectly tucked away from it all yet still close enough to know what was going on) and for those of us who enjoy playing pool, the pool table was a big hit! The furniture was nice quality and there was plenty of closet space for us to stow our belongings. We had many chefs in the kitchen and it nicely accommodated all of us. The grandkids enjoyed the assortment of television sets to watch their programs on and enjoyed the gaming system in the downstairs playroom. We had quick access to the babbling Pemi River and that was a huge draw for the kids every day .... plenty of sand, rocks and small rapids and whirlpools for them to enjoy. Not to mention campfires and jacuzzi soakings!! The kids brought their mountain bikes along and every day was spent enjoying this very lovely mountain setting. This home was truly conducive to our family getting together and enjoying one another in this remarkably warm and cozy home. We all agreed that it was one of the nicest vacations as a family ever!! Thank you, Alan and Ann, for the extraordinary effort that you put into this home to make it as comfortable and inviting as it is!

Another great stay @ our favorite Loon Condo! This unit is immaculate & decorated so beautifully that we are booking for Winter of 2012, our third year. It is the perfect escape for our fast paced friends from the Boston area! We love this yearly gathering because even when the weather doesn't cooperate, as it did not this year with lots of rain on our week-end, there is still plenty to do around the area and in the condo! It is roomy enough for the entire group without feeling crowded. The condo look like it was taken right out a pottery barn catalog! The kitchen & bathrooms are nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would recommended this condo for any kind of group gathering!

Our group (7 adults and 6 young adults) has been skiing together in Vermont and N.H for many years and this is one of the best house we have rented so far. The furnishings were excellent and the house was very clean. The bus service outside the front door was wonderful. Following a call, the drivers arrived quickly and willingly drove you to any stop you wanted. We were able to easily come back to the house for lunch. The young adults enjoyed each evening using the pool table and the outdoor hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped. The house is convenient to downtown. It was a short drive for extra groceries and to go to the pizza shop. Thanks for a wonderful few days.

This place was wonderful! We had three generations stay here and everyone was happy. Fun things to do for all ages! The place was immaculately kept with all the comforts of home. We had 4 young children in our group (ages 2 to 5 years) and they loved "their" bunk room. They each had their own bed and there was plenty of room. My daughter and her husband took the lower level with the children and Grandpa and grandma were upstairs. Plenty of room for all and all bedrooms were beautiful with very comfy beds. We hope to retun next year. We have been renting a different place each year, but I think we have found our little place in heaven! The Turpack Family, WV

Our extended family spent 7/22 - 7/26/10 at this lovely home. It is relaxing, spacious, wonderfully decorated, fully equipped and very clean. We were a group that ranged in age from 6 months to 90 years old and every one of us had a great time. We enjoyed the small beach (a little difficult to access), the fire pit (smores!) and the hot tub on the property. A few even ventured up to the pool/spa at Loon. Each day was spent enjoying the local activities...rock slides in Woodstock, kayaking on the pemi (17 of us..great day!), the Hobo Railroad, Echo Lake, Whales Tales and Loon Mtn. (bungi jumping, ziplining, gondola to the top, etc.). We had great happy hours and dinners at the house - plenty of room for all to dine at the island and the table. As we were a big group (including a group staying at my sister's house) and ventured to different places on different days, we came up with a way to share our days with each other...dinner time movies!!! We loaded everyones photos from the given day onto a laptop and displayed them on the flatscreen in the living area. Everyone looked forward to the show each evening - lots of laughs! We've always been big fans of this area for winter recreation; but this property definitely lends itself to a great summer get away also. The owners and the property manager were all wonderful to deal with...quick to respond and very personable. I believe we'd all recommend this property to others.

We had a great stay only wished it could have been longer. We had 10 adults, 2 of which were young adults and slept in the bunk room with the 5 children. There was more than enough room for everyone. All the furnishings, beds and bedding were very nice not your usual rental stuff. The pool table was a nice addition the guys especially loved it. The downstairs family room was great for the kids to play video games in. The only thing we had trouble with was finding the Spa but eventually we managed. That too was very nice the kids enjoyed swimming outside and inside. We would definately recommend and would love to go back sometime.

The condo, more like a home, was unbelievably beautiful! Not only was it immaculate but the decor was simply gorgeous. The kitchen and living room with the stone fireplace were awesome. We enjoyed the view from the comfy porch as well and loved the ski chairs! Each of the bedrooms were perfectly decorated right down to the pillows! Our guests were totally awestruck by such accommodations. Even the bunk room was delightfully decorated. It was was a perfect location spot and only a few minutes to town by car. Truthfully, it was hard to leave! We are so looking forward to staying here again. Thank you Alan and Ann! It was truly a pleasure.

I just completed my stay at this location and it was outstanding. The condo was emaculate and much larger than I anticipated. It was also minutes from everything in the Loon area. Alan also kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed, which was much appreciated. I would certainly recommend this location.

This house is everything it says it is and MORE! The care and detail in the decorating and furnishing of this home is unsurpassed. We had some fantastic cooks in our group and all were so pleased with the fabulous and well stocked kitchen. We've been skiing loon for years and we were delighted by the convenience of the shuttle bus and entering the mountain at South Peak (avoiding the mayhem at the gondola)! The whole experience was such a treat and so worth it!

Our families had an amazing time at the condo in South Peak. This unit is incredible from the decorations to the amenities provided. The bedrooms were so beautiful and very comfortable. All the comforts of home!! Our children enjoyed their "own condo" on the first floor! The bunk bed bedroom was a huge hit and they spent time there playing and telling stories. The guys loved the plasma TV's and the extremely comfortable leather sofa. The kitchen is fabulous. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and all 11 of us sat at the large table and ate together with the kids next to us at the bar! We were down the street from the Polar Express and went on that as well. At night we roasted marshmellows and made smores by the campfire just steps from the condo. We swam in the pool at the spa and went for a long walk in the complex. We were a 30 minute ride from Santa's Village and enjoyed that as well. The kids watched movies and ate popcorn from the large popcorn bowls provided by the owners. They even toyed with playing the playstation but then changed their minds! The owners thought of everything and we are definitely coming back for another stay! Thank you so so much for everything! It was also great speaking with the owners on the telephone on a few occasions! This was our best stay and we loved it! Elisa
Owner response:We are so happy you enjoyed yourselves. It is very important to us that when you are away from home you still have all the amenities of home. We welcome you back and hope to have some fun new surprises for you when you return. Enjoy the rest of your holiday season Best Regards Alan & Ann

My family stayed in this home in Oct 2009. The home is gorgeous, incredibly decorated, and the owners thought of everything to make it feel welcome and homey. My family only consists of 6 adults and 1 child, but we were looking to stay in a place with 3 full baths. This home provided that, plus the luxury of the 3 couples all having king size beds. The home sleeps 15, with everyone in a bed, and the beds were soooooooooooo comfortable !!!The place was immaculate, and perfectly maintained. A lot of time was spent to think of every possible thing that you might need for your stay, even a full size pool table for the adults, and video games for any children. Also there were many board games, like dominos, table air hockey, etc. Plenty to keep you busy. The Mrs put together books of restaurants and things to do in the area, and they were very helpful. We arrived very late, 9 PM, in the evening, and everything was ready for us. I would highly recommend this home as a rental. It is centrally located and convenient to skiing and all attractions. We even took a ride to Story Land one day which was only 1 hr away. My family would definely stay again, and I am recommending it to anyone going to the White Mountain area, who would like to stay together with their family.
Owner response:Hello Again "Zerotoo" We can not say thank you enough for al of your kind words. It means alot when a group has such a good experience and can take advantage of everything we have treid to provide for our guests. The activity books were a great idea and seem to help all of our guests really take advantage of everything the White Mountains really have to offer. We are excited for your next visit, until then again thank you Best Reguards Alan & Ann

5 couples shared the house for a 50th B-day weekend. Several made the trip from Chicago to enjoy NH fall colors. Plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The home had everything you could need. Extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great for our outdoor activities and in the evening we enjoyed our billiards competition. I would recommend this property to others and someday may be back again for a little longer stay. Simply put, a lovely home. Thank you Rich and family.
Owner response:Dear Tommy and friends, Chester NH We are so glad you were able to celebrate your special birthday at our home. We can not thank you enough for taking such good care of our condo. Hopefully everyone let the 50th birthday win in the billiards competition. We hope to have you back real soon. Happy 50th ;-) Alan & Ann Rich

Comments from the Mortimer Family: This property is REMARKABLE! Our family chose to celebrate my parent’s 40th Anniversary here in Lincoln and we would have required at least 4 rooms or 2 suites. Our expectations were well exceeded as we had full run of this well appointed two-floor condo. The kitchen is well stocked, including condiments, varieties of tea, sport drink flavor pouches, a wine key and a wine butler (which came in handy when the brittle cork crumbled). The regulation Pool table enabled my father and I to shoot several games together; something we haven’t done in almost a decade! Each detail was meticulously considered as spices, bathroom comforts, linens and area attractions (including menus) were readily available. My wife and I were very comfortable in the plush king bed which was appointed with a weighty comforter. The owners were readily available, as a voicemail was promptly returned and guidance was offered (basement door deadbolt wouldn’t lock, but the technique was simple. After the call, even my 6 year old nephew could lock the door). The association with the Loom Mountain was very convenient. The ability to use the pool, spa, etc for no additional fee was highly enjoyable, and only a short drive from the condo.

I stayed here with my young adults group. We had an amazing time. There were 10 of us and we were more than comfortable. The home is so inviting and in a great location. Beautiful views outside of the living room window. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds feel brand new! Hotel quality! The home is very spacious, clean and all the furnishings make it feel like a home away from home. We will definitely go back, several of my friends that came along wanted to go back with their families. Wish it was our permanent home :) Alan was great to work with and very accomodating. I would recommend this place for families and/or group of friends. There is something for everyone! Thank you Alan and your wife for a great home to stay in while in NH.
