You'll love the location. This small complex is one you'll return to. Starting with the covered parking to the pristine white beaches your stay will be relaxing and trouble free. Our place is spacious with over 1400 square feet. The large den overlooking the beach through a wall of glass. Walk thru the sliding glass door to a large patio with a picnic table overlooking the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the roar of the surf and view the gulf day or night.
We love spending time with our family in the den and one the patio. The large loft offers a semi-private get away for quiet time and naps. There are 2 pull out couches to add sleeping area so you have plenty of room. Our place has recently been updated with tile floors in the kitchen and den with new carpet in the bedrooms. We have new appliances, counters, blinds, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and lots of utensils for cooking meals. This condo has 2 TV's, 1 DVD/VCR's, a small selection of books, games, and movies. Seascape complex has wifi thru-out the complex. Come visit and enjoy our piece of paradise.

- Adventure Island is across the street. They have go-carts and a wide assortment of vedio games. They have 2 nice miniture (put-put) golf courses too. There is a great biking trail thru the State Park. The Fishing in this area is fantastic. You don't have to go off shore to enjoy great fishing. The inland waterways are loaded with fish.

Why the Owner Chose SeascapeWe purchased at this location because we love the Orange Beach area and all it offers our family. My children range from 2 yrs old to 19 yrs old and there is something for everyone. The Seascape complex is a great place for families. It is small so you don't have to fight crowds. We are close to the sand and all you have to do is open the balcony door to hear the music of the ocean. It has a great view and the condo is spacious and homey. It holds our large family with room to spare
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWe are located in the heart of Orange Beach. You are near all the essentials so you don't waste your precious vacation time running long errands for you and your family. Our place has a well equipped kitchen from dishes to pots and pans. We have games, books, videos, TV's with DVD and VCR players. The beds are comfortable and the beach view is out of this world. The covered parking adds a touch of ease that makes your time just a little more relaxing. Come stay with us!

Fort Morgan was completed in 1812 to defend Mobile. Great place for the history buff. See the weapons museum. Beach and Fishing pier too.

Great place to swim with the current coming into Little lagoon. See many sea creatures and fish here too.

One of our favorites. Great seafood on a budget. If you have teens call and see what nights are all you can eat shrimp/fish. Next door is a Pizza place. We get a pizza for the little guys and ever

Wonderful stay!!!! Realtor Company super nice!! We had everything we needed in the condo, washer/dryer a major plus. Super nice waking up to the sound of crashing waves and walking out the door and have your feet in the sand. Walmart right down the road, close to anything you will need on vacation. I found this condo on the internet and thought it would be a great place to stay with my girlfriends for our Foley shopping trip. It was very neat and tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable, especially in the loft area. It was roomy for a 2 bedroom and provided a nice refuge for us at the end of the day. It is accessible to grocery stores, pharmacies, and a host of resturants. I was pleased to see that the pictures on line matched exactly the interior. This is a great value and a nice place to stay-will stay there again in the future. The realty company that issues keys, parking passes, etc. was professional and very friendly. Thanks for a great weekend!

I personally was very pleased with the stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed and I was really scared it would not be. We were very close to all the places we wanted to go and the view was amazing. I would recommend off-season to anyone. There is still lots to do. The malls at Foley are so close by and fresh seafood everywhere. Service was wonderful and everything was so laid-back. A very relaxing and enjoyable trip in which I was in no hurry to get back home. Every thing was so clean and the owner was very responsive if I had any questions, just an e-mail away. I would recommend my stay to anyone.

Niether commode would flush without plunger. Tub in bathroom next to master bedroom leaked. There were no dishtowels or dishclothes in kitchen. The view from balcony was great and the weather was perfect during our stay there. Condo is in a very convenient location.
Owner response:Jane, My property manager nor I received any call from you about an issue during your stay. We have repair folks on call to solve problems fast. A toilet is a mechanical device and if there is something wrong can typically be fixed easily. After seeing your remarks we inspected and found your comments unfounded. We truly did not install faulty plumbing just for you. It is not cost effective. We provide a dishtowel and 11 sets of bathroom towels, cloths, and hand towels. All of the renter comments on this site have been based on this same service and everyone else has been quite pleased.

WOW!! The condo was super nice with spectacular view of gulf. I will never go through the "realtors" again. This is the way to book your vacation at the beach. Super clean, pool was crystal clear, easy access to all resteraunts and grocery stores. My favorite was sleeping with the doors open at night and seeing the moonlight dance on the ocean. My teenage son loved the loft...his "Man" den he called it...kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Will stay here again. Its a must stay!! The owner was super fast responding and when booking last minute, that was awesome. Thanks for the memories and many to come.

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was perfect for our needs and the loft area was great! Larry was very helpful and professional throughout the entire rental process. The views of the beach were amazing and the beach itself was so clean and beautiful! It was perfect for the quiet, relaxing vacation that we needed. Definetely a great rental property. We loved Seascape 310. It was exactly what we wanted in a beach vacation....no crowds to compete with for beach space and a quiet area. The location was super! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning and watching the waves, boats and dolphins. The view was superb! Needless to say we didn't want to leave. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us and the loft was ideal for our youngest. Larry made everything so easy. We will definitely be renting from him again!
