Redecorated and furnished with upscale interior and amenities that give a relaxing feel of family luxury and comfort. The property has long L shaped dock perfect for tying up your boat for the day, 2 lifts for jet skies if you bring your own and sun decks. PLEASE NOTE: OVERNIGHT BOAT TIE UP IS NOT PERMITTED DUE TO UNEXPECTED CHANGE OF WEATHER TO AVOID DAMAGE TO YOUR BOAT, JET SKIS, AND THE DOCK.This is a perfect spot for all water sports. Cabin: (Sleeps 9) 1250 square feet rancher (all on 1-Level) w/600 square feet covered porch.
Master suite has 1-queen bed, TV, ceiling fan. Large full bath with laundry (washer & dryer). Living room has TV, DVD and Bose stereo. Large family dining table seats 12 + 2 at the breakfast bar, with antique breakfront buffet. Kitchen has granite counter tops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Walk out to lake views and beach/waterfront, gardens and deer strolling throughout the day, not to mention other wildlife, an occasional black bear, raccoons, wild turkey, geese, moose, squirrels and our own Osprey nest.
Attached to this cabin are additional family sleep quarters that will sleep 7. A full bath separates the two sleeping rooms. One room has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, DVD player and coffee maker. The other room is the "Bunk Room" with 1 double/full size bed, 1 single/twin bed and a flat screen TV. Both rooms are beautifully decorated, just like home. They share a full bath. Just outside the door and windows you'll enjoy our lovely perennial gardens.
There are wonderful local restaurants and even more to choose from in nearby Clark Fork or Sand Point. There are also lots of charming shopping options, art galleries and Wednesday and Saturday Farmer's Markets.
Boat and jet ski rental is available nearby, kayaks and canoe rental available onsite.
Catering or private cook services are available with advance notice.

Why the Owner Chose Hope
The very first time we visited this area we dreamed of being able to own a home in Owens Bay, surrounded by a natural game preserve on the Historic Hope Peninsula. A few years later that dream came true when this incredible property became available.
The Unique Benefits at this Lake Front Cabin
You never have to use stairs in the house or to enjoy the waterfront & beach. The breath-taking views & privacy. The nearby David Thompson Game Preserve. We enjoy watching the grazing herds of whitetail deer and gaggles of Canadian geese. In the fall and winter Bald Eagles can often be seen resting in the trees along the shoreline. We also hike the nearby Trails or go for the Whitewater experience on the Pack River, CDA River or the Big North Fork. Schweitzer Mountain provides us an excellent skiing experience. Celebrities and Presidents alike have vacationed in Hope over the past century. It is also one of Idaho's original Artist Colonies. This is the lifestyle!
