We are located right on Lake Ontario in Wilson New York.
On a clear day you can see Toronto Canada on the horizon. The house is full of history, originally built in 1833 and operated as a one-room Wilson schoolhouse. Over the years many updates and amenities have been added, but some of the original character has been maintained.
Recently the house has been completely renovated and the interior has been freshly painted.
We are approximately 2 miles from the town of Wilson. In Wilson you will find restaurants, grocery stores, churches, hardware store, Yacht Club and marina.
We are approximately 20 miles north of Niagara Falls New York and many sightseeing opportunities including Niagara Falls State Park, shopping, restaurants and casino.
Our season begins April 1st and closes by October 31st. Enjoy the beautiful lake views from the Family Room and Master Bedroom windows.
Also the large yard facing the lake is great for entertaining, grilling, and just watching the sailboats go by on a lazy summer afternoon.
There is a picnic table and charcoal grill with a fire pit for your enjoyment. Firewood can be purchased nearby and in town.

What drew me to it originally was the lakefront aspect. I knew out of town people would enjoy the views as much as I do. It is beautiful year round.
