Our stay was everything we hoped for. The house was as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner sent us directions ahead of time and provided a nice bottle of wine along with bagels when we arrived. The beach was a very short walk away and we spent several hours each day there. There were many games and videos for children and adults available. Corolla is a very peaceful area & great for families. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Recommended for:Families with young children.

Home was exactly like described. Working with homeowner was enjoyable, and everything was done to make our stay enjoyable. Enjoyed the wine, bagels and water bottle that were part of the welcome gift. Thank you for making your property available for rent.

If you are in need of a "chill out" vacation, Tech Triumph is the house for you. My family stayed there for a long week-end and could not have had a more wonderful time. The house is spacious, and has all the amenities you would want from a beach house. Lots of room, televisions,games,movies,comfortable living area,very ample kitchen, and most of all, very clean. The owners take great pride in making everything the best it can be. They do not rely on any realty companies to take care of this house. You can definitely see and feel the difference. Fabulous week at this great house

My family of 5 stayed at Tech Triumph from June 5-June 12, 2010. The house was immaculate. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, pan, appliance, etc that you would ever need. The 2 decks were great. We spent a lot of time reading and relaxing on the decks. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious. Basically, it was everything you could ask for in a home away from home.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Tech Triumph

My family stayed at Tech Triumph for Memorial Week 2010. We were overly impressed with the beach house. The owners have the house equipped with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. We were a group of 9 so were not sure that there would be enough beach chairs and sand toys but there was more than enough of everything. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes and all different types of pots and pans for cooking for large groups of people. The house was very clean and there were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. My kids loved the huge dvd and vhs selection and of course the bunk beds! The town of Corolla is very nice too, not as crowded as Nags Head. There are a lot of restraunts and grocery stores right by the house. The beach is just a short walk from the house, and since it is a private beach, it was not crowded at all!! The owners were very sweet and provide us with a bottle of wine and a free dozen of bagels. We look forward to renting from them again.

We just returned from a fabulous week long vacation at the Outer Banks. Tech Triumph was even more than we expected. From the beginning, the owner was extremely helpful in every way, right down to the best way to get there and the best times to cross the bridge to avoid traffic. Excellent communication!!! The house was beautiful and so clean. I have pretty high standards and this home exceeded them all. I had no complaints, which never happens. Not only was it very very clean, it came with loads of extras to surprise us. There was a closet full of fun sand toys,and beach chairs. There were also lots of games, puzzles, videos,and books. The walk to the beach was quick and right down the street. There is a beach trolley to help you get everything to the beach too. Now that was nice. When you return from the beach there is an outdoor shower to rinse off. The kids thought it was pretty cool to shower outdoors. Kathy even had a lovely bottle of wine and a coupon for complimentary bagels, which we enjoyed both very much. I just can't say enough about this home and how attentive the owner is to every detail. We slept like babies every night. Another great thing about the beach down the street is that there is a lifeguard there every day. Each one was very polite and greeted us each day. One day there were rip currents in the area and the lifeguard went out and got our kids out of the area and explained to them they should move and not use rafts that day and why. That really made us feel safe there on the beach. I would return to this home again and reccomend it to anyone. You need to stay here if you are visiting Corolla, you will be very happy you did!
