Three bedroom, three bath duplex located steps from the ocean. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer, one parking space in garage, one parking space in carport. Park your car and leave it, everything is within walking distance.

You can walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, Starbucks, movies, bars. Newport Beach is family-friendly and has plenty of activities that you and your family will enjoy. Ride bikes along the 2.5-mile boardwalk.

Rent a small electric boat to cruise the harbor. Rollerblade around Balboa Island or shop till you drop at Fashion Island.

Dine at five-star restaurants. Rent a yacht – Newport Beach is a sailing and boating enthusiast’s dream. Sail and motor boat rentals are available.

Ferry rides to Balboa Island are offered throughout the day and for those with an adventurous spirit, there are luxury yacht excursions to Catalina Island. Aquatic activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing, boogie boarding and sport fishing.

  • Great beach condo, with an amazing location. We parked the car and walked everywhere for the whole week. The best restaurants are just blocks away. Close to the beach!! Would definitely stay again. Thanks Dave

  • We throughly enjoyed our stay in this condo, there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect; close to the beach, resturants, and shopping. It was very clean, had an amazingly comfortable king size bed in the master suite and had a well stocked kitchen. We would definately stay here again.

  • WOW.. it was a first for me using VBRO and i was not dissappointed...the photos do not do this condo justice...we slept 5 comfortably,it was clean and so close to bch:). would go again .. plus the owner is ur friend instantly.. whats not to like.. go for it.. we did
