BEAUTIFUL 6th floor, SOUTHEAST, CORNER CONDO has 2,184 sq. ft.--1,660 inside and 524 of BALCONY. It's fully furnished with upscale furniture, granite countertops, designer appliances and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. The beds are very comfortable and we offer all the comforts of home. Three of the bedrooms have their own outside balcony and there is a large, wrap-around balcony off the living area that overlooks Destin Harbor/East Pass, the Gulf of Mexico and a bit of Choctowatchee Bay.

As you sit outside and sip your coffee in the morning or your cocktail in the evening, you can watch the boats come and go and also see a GORGEOUS SUNRISE or SUNSET. WE OFFER OUTSTANDING, BREATHTAKING VIEWS and BEAUTIFUL, LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS!!!

We have plenty of room for the entire family. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably and can sleep 10 if using the sofa bed. For dining, there is room to seat 10 inside and 6 more outside on the patio.

  • I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Destin area. In addition to the condo itself being clean and beautiful, the view around the condo was wonderful! It is also within very close walking distance of many fabulous resturants. There is plenty to keep oneself busy at and around the condo.

  • Have stayed in several places in Florida and this was one of my favorites. The area is nice and there is alot to see and do. The accomidations are luxurious and comfortable and the view from the balcony is magnificent. I have never stayed by a marina before and I found the experience very enjoyable.
