My group of 10 had a great time at this condo. The layout of the condo is really great and the views are incredible. The building has lots of amenties - more like a fancy hotel than a typical condo. The owner, Stephanie, was a dream to work with (I emailed her lots of questions between the time we booked the condo and the dates we stayed). My family vacations in Destin every summer and the Emerald Grande is in the best location. We only used our car twice to go to a restaurant because there are so many restaurants within walking distance of the condo. If you haven't been before, I recommend checking out the Silver Sands Outlet Mall - they have tons of great stores there. Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This condo was perfect! The condo had the best vantage point to watch boats coming & going, shopping area,people watch and nightlife activities with spectacular lighting of the property!! The condo amenities are great as pictures indicated with ample space for everyone! This condo location was just a few step from elevator.. therefore returning from shopping or beach/pool was easy as ground level condo! All of EMERALD GRANDE STAFF was helpful & pleasant!! Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to enjoy this condo again in the near future? The owners where great to facilitate your vacation dreams and returned my deposit quickly...THANKS!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

The property was as described. It was very clean and and I loved the layout especially the bathrooms. It has easy access to the beach and everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo was perfect The rooms were spacious. The location was great. You did not even need a car. Everything you needed was within walking distance. The view from the room was beautiful and I loved the beach. I loved everything about this place. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Grande! The unit was much more than I had expectations for, Beautiful condo, very roomy, and comfortable. Our stay was so relaxing. The rooms were huge and the bathrooms were to die for! I would stay there forever if I could! The hotel staff and service was excellent. Owner was very helpful and kind, the directions to the place and parking were extremely helpful and time saving. The view was soo gorgeous! I loved how everything was just right there, didn't have to drive anywhere just walking distance! This was our first family vacation in a very long time, and it turned out wonderful! Thank you for your kindness and giving a wonderful vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Exceeded expectation in everyway!!! the condo was beautiful, the restaurants, the beach...it was much better than going to the Carribean for vacation!!! And Stephanie, you are so pleasant to work with and we follow your parking directions to the T, save us lots of time!! THANKS!!! we didn't far to for restaurants, just right downstairs...and the dolphine cruise was great!! This unit was beautiful and I believe the best location in the whole property. My family was there for New Years and we had the best seat in the house for the fireworks display. The balcony was very large and we enjoyed just sitting there watching the dolphins swim by in the morning and evenings and the boats go out fishing. The owners were great to work with, keeping us informed and promptly answering any questions that we had. Once there, there was no need for a car with all the restaurants and bars around the area. We never drove our car out of the parking garage the whole week. I would certainly return and rent this unit again if the opportunity arises.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

What a beautiful condo with an excellent view of the harbor. I would recommend this renter and unit to anyone who would like to enjoy a lovely stay in Destin. We really enjoyed our time at the Emerald Grande. Your condo unit was just beautiful and very comfortable. My hubby and I loved the master suite…it is decorated so beautifully. The hotel staff and maid service were excellent. Even though the weather was a little cold and it’s off season, we enjoyed the spa, Harbor Walk restaurants and shops, took a dolphin cruise, and spent some time at the Crab Shack beach bar as the kids built a sand (snow) man on the beach. We tried AJ’s, Poppies, Harry T’s, McGuire’s and PF Chang’s for dinner. My husband rented a Harley for 2 days and he rode to Pensacola on one day and we did a ride together to Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach the next day. Thanks again…we all had fun! Happy New Year.
