The property was as described. It was very clean and and I loved the layout especially the bathrooms. It has easy access to the beach and everyone was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

The condo was perfect The rooms were spacious. The location was great. You did not even need a car. Everything you needed was within walking distance. The view from the room was beautiful and I loved the beach. I loved everything about this place. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I will be back.

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Grande! The unit was much more than I had expectations for, Beautiful condo, very roomy, and comfortable. Our stay was so relaxing. The rooms were huge and the bathrooms were to die for! I would stay there forever if I could! The hotel staff and service was excellent. Owner was very helpful and kind, the directions to the place and parking were extremely helpful and time saving. The view was soo gorgeous! I loved how everything was just right there, didn't have to drive anywhere just walking distance! This was our first family vacation in a very long time, and it turned out wonderful! Thank you for your kindness and giving a wonderful vacation!

Amazing vacation

Exceeded expectation in everyway!!! the condo was beautiful, the restaurants, the beach...it was much better than going to the Carribean for vacation!!! And Stephanie, you are so pleasant to work with and we follow your parking directions to the T, save us lots of time!! THANKS!!! we didn't far to for restaurants, just right downstairs...and the dolphine cruise was great!! We will definitely come back either this year or next year!!!! thanks!!!!!

Great for New Years Eve

This unit was beautiful and I believe the best location in the whole property. My family was there for New Years and we had the best seat in the house for the fireworks display. The balcony was very large and we enjoyed just sitting there watching the dolphins swim by in the morning and evenings and the boats go out fishing. The owners were great to work with, keeping us informed and promptly answering any questions that we had. Once there, there was no need for a car with all the restaurants and bars around the area. We never drove our car out of the parking garage the whole week. I would certainly return and rent this unit again if the opportunity arises.

We really enjoyed our time at the Emerald Grande. Your condo unit was just beautiful and very comfortable. My hubby and I loved the master suite…it is decorated so beautifully. The hotel staff and maid service were excellent. Even though the weather was a little cold and it’s off season, we enjoyed the spa, Harbor Walk restaurants and shops, took a dolphin cruise, and spent some time at the Crab Shack beach bar as the kids built a sand (snow) man on the beach. We tried AJ’s, Poppies, Harry T’s, McGuire’s and PF Chang’s for dinner. My husband rented a Harley for 2 days and he rode to Pensacola on one day and we did a ride together to Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach the next day. Thanks again…we all had fun! Happy New Year. Just wanted to send you a quick little note to tell you how absolutely FABULOUS your place is. The whole gang thought it was the BEST!! Your view was unbelievable. The service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Destin area. In addition to the condo itself being clean and beautiful, the view around the condo was wonderful! It is also within very close walking distance of many fabulous resturants. There is plenty to keep oneself busy at and around the condo.

Have stayed in several places in Florida and this was one of my favorites. The area is nice and there is alot to see and do. The accomidations are luxurious and comfortable and the view from the balcony is magnificent. I have never stayed by a marina before and I found the experience very enjoyable.

The condo was very nice, clean and there was plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable. The view was fabulous. I loved the private beach and the boat that took you there. The workers were friendly. I would recommend this place very highly.
