At Beachside Villas. This place is a sprawling, beautifully landscaped property found in the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove set back just a bit from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It’s like a picture postcard of the best of Florida. But that’s just the starts.
There’s 2 heated swimming pools, tennis courts and boardwalk access to the beach. And, since it’s set back in a beach community on the outskirts of Seagrove Beach you get all the great features of a beach vacation, but you’re still close to enough to the fine dining and excellent entertainment of Seagrove and Seaside Beach.
BeachSide Villas is easy-living. It’s a getaway community that’s got twelve major buildings, with ten units per building and community swim/tennis recreational facilities.
The South Walton area is committed to preservation of the environment, the gulf, the coastal ecology and providing a family-oriented community life style. Many local and state operated parks along the coast offer opportunity for hiking, cycling and fishing. A 27+ mile bike trial along coast road 30-A offers opportunity for family fun and access to shopping and the quaint settlement of Seaside.
The scoop on your villa.
Humongous is the word It’s big. The entryway let’s you now that you’re coming in to a big place. And it’s big enough to drop your flip-flops and golf clubs.
The decorating is really interesting. Kind of Tommy Bahama with a attitude. But it doesn’t take long to get the fact that this place is about the beach. The views are just outstanding. It won’t take you 5 seconds and you’ll be on the balcony checking out the beach.
What a view. If I were writing a travel brochure I’d say that “the afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening”, but Sonny doesn’t write that way.
The LIVING ROOM has a really comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment center contains an oversize TV that’s got a cable television package that allows you to access a dozens of channels, as well as a DVD and that allows you to play your favorite movies, It’s even got a video game console. How cool is that?!?
And a music system for your favorite beach music. Or surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available. But I tell you, you’re gonna be out on the balcony soaking in the view every chance you get.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a luxury king that’s so comfortable I almost fell asleep on it. And boy, there’s plenty of space in the closets for just about anything you bring along. Plus there’s a big TV with all the channels and a DVD.
You even have high speed internet access that’s easily accessed from the MASTER BEDROOM. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower and jetted garden tub where you might can relax and reenergize after a day full of beach activities.
The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a comfortable queen sized bed and plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway because it not only offers a place to catch up on your favorite book, it has complete entertainment options with cable television, and a DVD player. Or you can log on to high speed internet from this room as well. This bedroom has an adjacent oversize bath with garden tub and shower.
The THIRD GUESTROOM is kid friendly with twins and enough play area for quiet time.
The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the water and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grill cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. Wraparound bar makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.
The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze. These bedrooms and the sleeper sofas allow the unit to sleep up to 8 comfortably including 3 complete baths.
This Silver Shells condo is so great you may not want to move out once you move in. But we’ll need to keep it moving because there’s lots of Destin-ners who’re going to want this place. So if you do, get your reservation in.
