Perfect large vacation house @ Black Butte Ranch -- you won't find a better location. Our house is ideal from a joint vacation with family and/or friends!!! Centrally located in Black Butte Ranch, just a short walk from the newly renovated Glaze Meadow Pool complex. You won't find a better house for the money - very light, spacious and excellent location.
Details include:
- two master bedrooms, each with cal king beds and each with own bathroom
- two large bunk rooms (each room with 6 beds) upstairs, each with own bathroom
- just a 2 minute walk to newly renovated Glaze Meadow Pool and Tennis Courts.
- newly renovated kitchen with two large outdoor decks
- large family room and upstairs reading room
- small dogs negotiable with additional pet deposit.
Renting on a weekly basis only. Not available in the Winter. Taking rentals for 2010 for June thru September.
$2400/wk, non-negotiable. Additional $200 cleaning fee required.
