  My husband and I stayed at this villa with two other couples and everyone raved about the experience. From our check-in greeting with margaritas, to the major domo, to the help from concierge with booking restaurants, the service was wonderful. The owner was so helpful in preparing us with extensive information before we arrived about purchasing groceries, rides from the airport, all the best restaurants, etc. The villa was also wonderful - my husband and I stayed in the master and it is the largest master we have ever stayed in...the bathroom I believe is larger than the bedroom - it is a very large room with shower and bath on one end and separate vanities and closets on the other...very relaxing environment. Our major domo was also a wonderful part of our stay as she prepared a gourmet breakfast each morning with sliced fruit artfully arranged, eggs with freshly prepared sauce, and a huge pot of coffee with cream waiting for us when we awoke. We also loved the layout of the resort, the spa and the Farallon Restaurant...a must do for a romantic dinner. (The only thing to be aware of is that there is no swimming in the ocean at the resort (I believe all seasons) due to the undertow in this location - but the pools overlooking the ocean were so fabulous that we didn't miss that.) Lastly, we enjoyed walking into town most evenings, and while it is not a short walk it is very doable. All in all, everyone loved the experience and we would definitely stay here again!

  This is our second visit to this wonderful and relaxing setting, we consider ourselves fortunate from having enjoyed this unique accommodation, top class services and marvelous location. On arrival one completely disengages from the ordinary and easily participates in the art of relaxation. Highly recommended.

  Capella is first class all the way..the attention given by all the staff to every detail is very impressive and especially our majordomo,Leanora ,she is incredible .We were in a 3 bdrm.villa ,with 2 plunge pools and each terrace overlooked the ocean ,the residence pools and the well manicured grounds ..the villas are decorated so elegant & luxurious as shown in the the photos. We really cannot say enough about our vacation stay at Capella ,it was beyond exceptional~ all the listing descriptions are accurate ,location is just a 5 minute taxi ride to the town. The owners Joanne & Len were so gracious it was a pleasure to correspond with them ~they were very helpful and took the time to give us detailed information regarding Cabo activities, restaurants, even airport info,etc. * Capella Pedregal * Wonderful*

  Everything about Capella is great! The resort itself is beautiful, the restaurants are excellent and the location is perfect, only a 5 minute walk to town. The staff is wonderful they take care of every need. Our majordomo, Louis, was the sweetest person and totally pampered all of us. This was a girls trip, there were five of us and we were celebrating our 50th birthdays. We go to a different place everytime but decided we will come back here again- it was our best trip ever!

  Our family group of 6 adults plus an infant had a perfect week-long stay in a 3-bedroom villa and a 1-bedroom suite. The resort is gorgeous and extremely well-designed; the photos really don't do it justice. It's the attention to detail and high-end finishes that really set it apart from most resorts. The staff is very friendly and competent. The villa itself is very spacious and comfortable, and the two plunge pools in the 3-bedroom unit (one in the other unit as well) were welcome additions as well. We enjoyed all three restaurants, though it was especially nice to have breakfast prepared for us in our villa each day by our majordomo. Several in the group used the fitness facility and the spa. Everyone enjoyed each of the three main pools, one of which is especially well-suited to children (e.g., inch-deep walk in entry with gradually increasing depth). At each of the pools there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a pool attendant sets everything up for you and delivers complimentary bottled water on ice upon your arrival. They also bring around tasty treats of one sort of the other as the day progresses. One time it was fruit sushi, another time it was celery juice, another time it was a tequila Mary. There is a full bar and food menu as well. You can see dolphins, manta rays, jumping fish and whales out in the Pacific just beyond the pools. While we saw a few venture into the Pacific while there, it is not advised and it is easy to see that the current and wave action is a bit rough for the average swimmer. For that, it is better to walk or take a taxi over to the Sea of Cortez side of Cabo. While we could easily walk into Cabo through the resort's magical tunnel, or have them take you via golf cart, we only did that a few times: once to see what Medano Beach was like (e.g., music thumping, plenty of reasonably persistent vendors, cruise ships anchored in the bay), another time so that some in our group could rent jet skiis, and once or twice to go to dinner at restaurants within walking distance. We didn't rent a car in advance and we found no real reason to do so once we arrived. The few times that we did venture out we were always grateful to return to the peace and luxury of Capella Pedegral. When you come through the tunnel and see the Pacific it's like being in a different world. All in all, it was a great time, and so close for all of us, whether flying in from the East Coast or California.

  This was absolutely perfect in every way! My husband and I traveled to Cabo with our 2 kids and my parents. The villa was exquisite, beautiful views, fantastic accommodations, lovely staff. Our majordomo was Marco who was fabulous -- made great guacamole and margaritas and was super with the kids. The kids were in heaven with 3 pools to choose from: a splash pool at our villa, the rock pool and the infinity pool, right on the edge of the beach. We were also steps from 2 fantastic restaurants with excellent food and service. The spa is stunning and everyone there treated us kindly. We will absolutely return in the near future. Great for romantic getaway and/or a family trip. Enjoy!

  Sun, sea, and sand...it all comes together at Capella. Nestled in a cove at the base of the Pedregal community and within easy walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas, Capella offers luxury, privacy, and unsurpassed service. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and designed. Add your personal major domo and you won't have a care in the world. The grounds, pool and spa offer the ultimate in relaxation and tranquility. Ocean views are fantastic and, if you're lucky, a whale parade is just offshore. There aren't enough stars to adequately describe this property.
